Transcript [00:00] Well, well, well, it appears that Iran [00:03] is actively trying to rebuild its [00:06] nuclear program. This is a story that's [00:08] been making the rounds in a number of [00:10] different major media outlets. [00:12] We're going to take a look at how it's [00:13] being reported in uh in Israeli media on [00:17] Ynet, which is about as major mainstream [00:20] as you can get for Israeli media. [00:21] Satellite images show Iran rebuilding [00:23] suspected nuclear weapons site. [00:26] Researchers identify extensive repairs [00:29] and stronger defenses at Talegan two, a [00:32] facility inside the Parchin military [00:35] complex, [00:36] previously linked to nuclear weapons [00:38] research, [00:39] despite Iran's commitment to freeze its [00:41] nuclear program during negotiations with [00:44] Washington. This is from 2 days ago. CNN [00:46] published exclusive satellite images [00:48] Friday showing that Iran is rebuilding [00:50] Talegan two, a suspected nuclear weapons [00:53] research facility inside the Parchin [00:55] military complex southeast of Tehran, [00:58] despite an agreement with the United [00:59] States requiring it to maintain the [01:01] status quo across its nuclear program. [01:04] The Washington-based Institute for [01:06] Science and International Security, [01:08] which monitors Iran's nuclear [01:09] activities, analyzed the images [01:11] alongside additional satellite [01:14] photography and found what it described [01:16] as significant work to repair and [01:19] reinforce the site. Let's take a look. [01:23] Um [01:26] And then it says that this this is a [01:27] breach of the memorandum of [01:28] understanding. Here we go. So, here's [01:30] Talegan two. [01:32] So, we have these [01:34] we take a look at these uh [01:37] at these pictures. This is from July So, [01:39] this let's do them in chronological [01:41] order. This one's from June 22nd. [01:44] June 22nd, [01:45] um [01:47] and we have here a crane and another [01:50] crane and a concrete pumping truck, [01:53] freshly poured concrete over here. [01:56] And this is And that is from June 22nd. [01:59] And then on July 7th, [02:01] we see that this area here, you see this [02:04] area here, the temporary screening [02:06] material covering the penetration holes, [02:08] and here we have a a [02:12] a brand new mesh [02:14] uh cover over the penetration holes. [02:18] Okay, right there. [02:20] So, you we can already see we can see [02:23] the development from these two pictures. [02:26] All right. And we also see there's new [02:28] cover material over this area here, down [02:31] below. [02:32] Now, let's compare these two pictures. [02:34] These are These are from June 18th and [02:36] June 12th. So, first the June 12th one, [02:39] we see a truck here. [02:41] We see cylinders. We need We see some [02:44] cover material over here, but look Now, [02:46] look at this next picture. The cover [02:48] material is much more extensive. The new [02:50] cylinders are now covered. [02:53] Okay, so we see that there's been [02:54] activity at this nuclear facility. The [02:57] new images follow a separate warning by [02:59] the Institute for Science and [03:00] International Security about continued [03:02] construction at an unmonitored [03:04] underground complex in Iran's Zagros [03:07] Mountains. The site, commonly known as [03:09] Pickaxe Mountain, has not been inspected [03:11] by the International Atomic Energy [03:13] Agency. They've never been able to get [03:16] there. [03:17] Satellite images from late June show [03:19] vehicle traffic leading to the [03:21] underground complex's tunnel entrances, [03:23] suggesting that work inside the tunnels [03:26] is underway while work has continued at [03:28] TESA 2 and Pickaxe Mountain. The [03:30] Institute reported no unusual activity [03:32] at the at Natanz, Isfahan, and Fordow, [03:35] which are the best-known sites, the ones [03:37] that were bombed by the United States by [03:39] the B-2 bombers. [03:41] Now, um in terms of it being a violation [03:44] of the MOU, here we are. Point um point [03:48] eight is that Iran is not going to seek [03:51] nuclear weapons, but that's not the main [03:53] the main violation. The main violation [03:55] is right here. Pending the final deal, [03:57] point nine, pending the final deal, the [03:59] United States of America and the Islamic [04:00] Republic of Iran agree to maintain the [04:02] status quo. The Islamic Republic of Iran [04:05] will maintain the current status quo of [04:07] its nuclear program. [04:11] There you go. [04:13] They're not supposed to [04:14] touch the nuclear program during the [04:16] period of negotiation. These pictures [04:17] were taken in late June a few weeks ago. [04:21] There you have it. [04:23] And this is really interesting. MEMRI, [04:26] the Middle East Media Research [04:27] Institute, posted this last week. [04:29] There was an article on Iranian Fars [04:31] News website. That's a That's Iranian [04:34] regime media, the Fars News website in [04:36] Persian. [04:37] That the title was Iran has no choice [04:40] but to build an atomic bomb. They [04:42] published this article, but check this [04:43] out. Against the backdrop of the Iranian [04:46] regime's claim [04:48] that under Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, [04:49] Iran had not aspired to obtain nuclear [04:52] weapons, on June 28th, 2026, an article [04:55] published on the website of the Iranian [04:57] regime news agency Fars stated that Iran [05:01] must achieve nuclear deterrence. This, [05:03] the article said, was in order to repeal [05:06] in order to repel the attack [05:08] of the threat of attack, occupation, or [05:10] division of Iran. [05:12] Because of the reaction to the article, [05:14] which was titled there is no choice but [05:16] to build an atomic bomb from Trump's [05:18] atomic threats to proper negotiations, [05:21] Fars removed it from its website after a [05:24] few hours. [05:25] And then they published a statement [05:27] clarifying oh no, but it's not really [05:28] their view and they and they tried to [05:30] move away from it. The article asserted [05:33] three justifications for Iran obtaining [05:36] a nuclear weapon. Only after it achieves [05:38] nuclear deterrence vis-a-vis the US will [05:40] Iran be able to conduct negotiations [05:42] from a proper position, meaning from a [05:44] position of strength. The article [05:46] equated Iran's situation to that of [05:48] China, which it said was able to [05:50] negotiate seriously with the US only [05:53] after it developed nuclear weapons. [05:55] Number two, a US-Israel-Iran nuclear [05:57] balance of power will prevent war and [06:00] bring the conflict under control since [06:02] Iran will have an offensive nuclear [06:04] option. And third, Israel's nuclear [06:07] deterrence has limited Iran's freedom of [06:09] action in recent in recent wars because [06:12] Tehran refrained from crossing the [06:14] threshold that could have triggered a [06:16] nuclear response on Israel's part. [06:21] So, this is an article that was again [06:23] published on Fars, [06:25] Iranian regime media, [06:27] calling for Iran to develop a nuclear [06:29] weapon and then after a few hours they [06:31] took it down because they are trying to [06:34] deny that they are heading in that [06:36] direction. So, that's my short little [06:39] update here about Iran's nuclear [06:41] program. This is a much shorter video [06:43] than I usually make, but we see here [06:45] that Iran is making efforts to rebuild [06:48] its nuclear program. This is now been [06:50] verified. These satellite images are [06:52] real. They are dated. We know exactly [06:54] what sites they are. Oh, let me add in [06:56] one more thing. I showed you some [06:58] pictures of this building. Actually, no, [06:59] before I add that in, let me remind you [07:01] of a very important event that we're [07:03] going to be having [07:04] in the next few days [07:06] on Monday. This coming Monday we're [07:07] going to be having a webinar [07:09] that's a week from today [07:12] at 8:00 p.m. Israel time, 1:00 p.m. [07:15] Eastern Standard Time. But if you sign [07:17] up for it, even if you can't make it, [07:19] you will receive an email with the full [07:21] webinar that you can watch on your own. [07:23] And we have an absolute all-star lineup. [07:26] I will be hosting the webinar and we [07:28] will have with us Brigadier General Amir [07:31] Avivi. He's one of he's a national [07:34] figure in Israel, one of the top [07:35] military minds in the in the country, [07:37] founder of the Israel Defense and [07:39] Security Forum. We will have Brian [07:40] Kennedy, [07:41] uh president of American Strategy Group [07:44] and former president of the Claremont [07:46] Institute, Dr. David Wurmser, no [07:48] stranger to this audience, senior [07:50] analyst for the Middle East affairs at [07:52] the Center for Security Policy, and [07:54] Lieutenant Colonel Jonathan Conricus, [07:56] senior fellow for the Foundation for [07:58] Defense of Democracies. It's going to be [07:59] an incredible discussion about [08:01] everything going on in the Middle East [08:02] with Iran, [08:04] regime change. You can sign up for this [08:06] webinar by clicking the link in the [08:08] description of this video or clicking on [08:11] the QR code, the QR code that's on your [08:13] screen right now, or you can go to the [08:15] website, uh you can you can go to the [08:17] URL israel365.com/regime, [08:22] or you can go to israel365action.com. [08:24] There should be a sign-up link on the [08:25] front page there. Make sure you check [08:27] that out. But, let me just share with [08:29] you uh finally on this whole uh [08:32] on this whole topic of the rebuilding of [08:35] of the of the nuclear sites and what's [08:37] going on. So, this building that I [08:39] showed you a number of pictures of [08:41] uh this building that is called [08:44] Here, let me pull it back up. [08:47] Uh this building [08:52] that is called uh uh Talegan 2. [08:56] Where is it? Here we go. [09:00] This building this well, this site [09:02] called Talegan 2. What happens at this [09:04] site? Why is this site so like what role [09:06] does it have in the nuclear program? [09:08] Well, [09:11] the Parchin uh facility [09:14] and [09:15] um what happens here is that they [09:18] develop the nuclear detonators. [09:21] This is about 30 km southeast of Tehran. [09:25] And this building this uh this Talegan 2 [09:29] is where Iran develops the nuclear [09:31] detonator, which is a complex mechanism [09:34] designed to initiate a series of [09:36] simultaneous explosions to compress the [09:38] uranium and create the nuclear chain [09:41] reaction. This is what they are doing. [09:45] And what you see from all of this [09:47] is that the Iranian regime is restoring [09:49] its nuclear program across its entire [09:51] production chain from uranium enrichment [09:54] to the final stage of the nuclear [09:55] warhead. We know that they're working at [09:57] Pickaxe Mountain. That was reported as [09:59] well. [10:00] And [10:01] so rebuilding Telegan 2, which has been [10:04] bombed twice by Israel already, and Iran [10:08] began rebuilding it almost immediately [10:10] after the 12-day war and then again [10:12] after Israel bombed it in March, and [10:15] that highlights the importance of the [10:16] site. And it also highlights, and this [10:18] is really the key point, the unwavering [10:21] commitment that this regime has to [10:23] building a nuclear weapon, no matter [10:25] what. [10:26] They're not investing in feeding their [10:28] people. [10:29] They're not investing in, you know, [10:31] licking their wounds and trying to, you [10:33] know, restore some semblance of normal [10:34] life to their people, not at all. [10:37] They're pouring all their resources into [10:39] the nuclear program and purchasing [10:40] Russian fighter jets and purchasing more [10:43] weapons. This is who they are. I know [10:45] this is all stating the obvious, but in [10:48] this day and age we have to state the [10:49] obvious. There's too many people out [10:50] there who minimize the Iranian threat or [10:53] think that, you know, calling them evil [10:54] or calling them, you know, fanatical and [10:56] that they're so single-minded about [10:58] getting a nuclear weapon is all [11:00] exaggeration, but it is not. Just look [11:02] at the behavior. [11:04] During the period of this MOU, this [11:06] ceasefire, what are they doing? They are [11:08] actively at work at their nuclear [11:10] facilities [11:12] and, you know, trying to rebuild them [11:14] uh frantically. Um that's what they're [11:17] up to. So that's the Iranian regime. [11:19] That's who they are. They're Look, [11:22] I I hope we're all finally coming around [11:24] to the fact that the only way to deal [11:26] with this issue is to remove this [11:28] regime. And like all of these other, you [11:30] know, we'll negotiate this and we'll put [11:32] this incentive structure in and you [11:33] know, uh something that's better than [11:35] Obama's deal. This is all nonsense. None [11:38] of it's going to go anywhere. Look at [11:39] how single-minded they are. [11:41] They the only way to deal with it is to [11:44] bring about the downfall of the regime, [11:46] which may be [11:47] which may be happening. Which may be [11:48] happening especially if Trump follows [11:51] through on reinstating the blockade. The [11:53] blockade really strangles the Iranian [11:55] economy. So, [11:57] hey, [11:58] let's keep praying for the fall of this [12:00] regime and for and for uh [12:03] uh a you know, for a healthier future [12:05] for Iran going forward. But right now, [12:08] we have to keep our eye on the ball. [12:10] Um [12:11] it's not only about the Strait of [12:12] Hormuz, which is what America so focused [12:14] on. Let's not lose sight of the fact [12:16] that they are [12:18] taking action as we speak to rebuild the [12:21] nuclear program. That's what I wanted to [12:22] share in this video. Thanks for [12:24] watching. Thanks for sharing, liking. [12:26] Please drop a comment in the video and [12:28] make sure that you're signed up for the [12:29] webinar next week. It's going to be [12:31] amazing. Monday, July 20th, 1:00 p.m. [12:35] Eastern, 8:00 p.m. in Israel. God bless.
