Israel's Channel 12 just reported that the US is advancing a huge arms package – including F-35 stealth fighter jets – to Qatar and Saudi Arabia, with potential future sales to Turkey and the UAE. This is a massive concern for Israel: Putting the world's most advanced jets in the hands of these neighbors could seriously erode Israel's long-held technological and military edge in the region. In response, Israeli officials are urgently pushing Washington to approve MORE F-35s for the IAF, plus upgraded F-15Is and advanced munitions stockpiles. The strategy? Lock in Israel's orders first to secure priority in production lines – potentially delaying deliveries to Arab states by years and buying time to maintain that critical advantage. With Qatar hosting Hamas leaders and tensions still high post-Oct 7, this feels like a risky shift in the Middle East balance. Is the US prioritizing deals over Israel's security? What do you think? #Israel #F35 #MiddleEast #USArmsDeal
