Transcript [00:00] All right, folks. Elisha Fleisher here [00:01] on the beautiful Mediterranean [00:04] of the land of Israel. It's so good to [00:06] be home and this ocean is healing and [00:08] just great to be in the good land of [00:10] this good sea [00:12] and its history and its godliness. It's [00:14] just good to be home. [00:16] I was on a great trip in the United [00:18] States and a little bit in Canada. [00:20] I was in New York, New Jersey, [00:23] Washington D.C., Montreal, the [00:25] Laurentian Mountains, all kinds of cool [00:27] places and on this trip I saw all kinds [00:30] of [00:31] important things connected to Jews, [00:33] lovers of Israel. [00:35] So, here is a video of the compilation [00:39] of the thoughts, the shorts that I shot [00:42] throughout my trip and the things that I [00:44] felt and saw [00:46] out in the diaspora, out in those great [00:48] countries [00:50] and always thinking about serving God [00:53] and walking to this good land, the land [00:55] of Israel. So, check out these videos [00:58] and before we get to it, don't forget to [01:00] help us build Israel. Together we build [01:01] Israel. buildisrael.com. What a great [01:03] website name. buildisrael.com [01:06] or buymeacoffee.com/elisha. [01:09] Here is my US and Canada trip and the [01:12] important thoughts, I hope [01:15] I hope useful thoughts [01:16] from that journey. Check it out. All [01:18] right, folks. Elisha Fleisher here. I'm [01:20] in beautiful Camp Morasha up in the [01:22] mountains. I'm not in Israel. I'm in a [01:24] place that loves Israel, which is [01:26] awesome. There's a lot of Jews here that [01:28] want to be connected and we are here to [01:30] strengthen them. [01:31] >> I'm at Starbucks in New York City. Being [01:33] pro-Israel is going to cost more. We [01:35] have to encourage courage today. We have [01:36] to tell people going to have to be [01:38] courageous to stand up for the truth. We [01:40] want to bless the courageous people out [01:41] there. Keep standing strong with Israel. [01:42] Just a few years it'll be back. It'll be [01:44] the coolest thing in the world. One of [01:45] my favorite places, the ultimate [01:46] production store, which is B&H. When are [01:48] we opening up one of these stores in Tel [01:50] Aviv or Jerusalem and make it the hub of [01:53] electronics in the Middle East. I'm in [01:55] the holiest place in Lakewood, New [01:57] Jersey. Lakewood, New Jersey is not [01:58] known as a hotbed of Zionism, but when [02:01] you come to the wine section, you can't [02:03] help yourself but to see wines from [02:05] Eretz Yisrael all over the place. It [02:07] doesn't have a big blue and white flag. [02:09] It doesn't have a big map of Israel, but [02:11] it's got Marat Hamachpela right there. [02:13] There it is, the Marat Hamachpela. Let's [02:14] see what else. Jerusalem wines. That's [02:17] right, Jerusalem wines. There, Jerusalem [02:18] winery right there. All the places, [02:20] Binyamin, the Benjamin the Benjamin [02:22] region in the country. [02:24] Every place, Judea and Samaria is all [02:25] represented. Oh, Gush Etzion. It's as [02:27] though I'm back home. It's as though I'm [02:29] back home in Gush Etzion. Hello water of [02:31] Gush Etzion. Hello Eretz Yisrael. So, [02:33] yes, Lakewood, New Jersey, tons of Eretz [02:35] Yisrael. It's everywhere. It can't help [02:37] itself. It's coming out to here. And if [02:39] you love Eretz Yisrael, you can find a [02:41] little bit of that here in beautiful [02:42] Lakewood. I'm here at the Lincoln [02:44] Memorial in Washington, [music] D.C. [02:46] Here behind me is the Gettysburg [02:48] Address. I was moved to tears when I [02:50] thought about October 7th, that from [02:53] these honored dead we take increased [02:55] devotion to that cause for which they [02:58] gave the last full measure of devotion, [03:00] that we here highly resolve that these [03:02] dead shall not have died in vain, that [03:05] this nation under God shall have a new [03:07] birth of freedom, and that the [03:09] government of the people, [music] by the [03:11] people, for the people shall not perish [03:13] from the earth. This is true about the [03:15] United States, and it's certainly true [03:17] for Israel. [music] We've had so many [03:18] people who have fallen and given their [03:20] lives, and to dedicate ourselves to make [03:23] their death meaningful, including the [03:24] soldiers and the victims and all the [03:27] folks who fought for Israel, we will [03:29] make their life meaningful [music] and [03:31] their death meaningful and make Am [03:32] Yisrael stronger. So, thank you to [03:35] >> [music] [03:35] >> this great rabbi, Lincoln. You taught me [03:37] something today. Reminded me about [03:39] self-sacrifice [music] for the land of [03:40] Israel. I'm in the Museum of the Bible. [03:42] You love the Bible, this is for you. You [03:44] make a museum that shows the real life [03:45] of the Bible. This is exactly what we [03:47] got to learn from Washington, D.C., [03:49] which is to live the energy of the [03:50] Bible. Give it to the world cuz that's [03:52] what the world wants. Four short points [03:54] for American liberal Jews who I got a [03:56] chance to hang out with recently. Four [03:58] short points. Here we go. Number one, [04:00] Judaism does not equal democracy. [04:03] Democracy does not equal Judaism. [04:05] Democracy, very important values of [04:07] freedoms and liberty. I believe in them. [04:09] Israel believes in them. But to equate [04:10] it totally is a mistake. It's not the [04:12] exact same thing, okay? We don't owe [04:14] democracy to every person who wants to [04:16] destroy us, okay? That's not what [04:18] Israel's about. That's not what Judaism [04:20] is about, okay? People are like, [04:22] That's for other Jews. For the nations [04:25] that hate us, the Torah says get rid of [04:26] them. So that's number one. Judaism is [04:27] not democracy. Get that out of your [04:29] head. Number two, enough with the white [04:31] man's guilt. Really, like we did not [04:34] take anybody else's land. That whole [04:36] thing like we occupy we're occupying [04:37] somebody else's land. That is a lie. [04:39] Figure out your history. Figure it out. [04:41] Like learn about it. It's our land. It's [04:43] our historic historic homeland. It's the [04:46] It's the Islamic civilization which has [04:48] been uh the big historic uh empire that [04:51] captures other people's lands, okay? [04:54] This is our land. We're liberating it [04:55] from somebody else's occupation. We're [04:57] not the occupiers. We're the liberators. [04:59] So that's point number two. Israel's the [05:01] liberator, not the occupier. And finish [05:03] that whole whole like white man's guilt [05:05] that you're suffering, okay? And number [05:08] three, learn about Jihadism. [05:11] Like it's not just nice Arabs who just [05:15] want equality and a two-state solution. [05:17] No, there's this thing called Jihad. It [05:18] utilizes liberal language. It's mastered [05:21] the way into your heart. But learn to [05:24] understand what Jihadism is and that [05:25] it's not liberalism, okay? Learn to [05:27] figure that out. Make that Make that [05:29] distinction. [05:30] >> [music] [05:30] >> And now I'm in Mont Tremblant to speak [05:33] with the community of Sainte-Agathe and [05:35] and this great area is beautiful area in [05:37] Quebec Canada. [05:39] Uh and as I'm on this mountain, I'm [05:40] thinking to myself about the Lebanon [05:42] which looks a little bit like this. High [05:44] mountains and then the lower river below [05:46] is called the Litani. [05:48] And when I'm on here, I'm thinking to [05:49] myself, it's not such a good idea to let [05:51] the bad guys control the highlands. You [05:53] let the bad guys control the highlands [05:55] in Lebanon or in Judea and Samaria, then [05:58] guess what? They control the lowlands, [06:00] and then they attack you. And we should [06:02] get rid of Hezbollah in general, and [06:04] certainly not let them control the [06:05] highlands of Lebanon. Same thing with [06:07] Gaza. Have you heard about this [06:09] ridiculous idea of letting Hamas have a [06:12] 10-year ceasefire in which they will [06:14] disarm, supposedly? Is that a joke? Does [06:18] anybody believe that? Have you heard of [06:20] the Jihadist concept, the Islamic [06:21] concept of Hudna, which is like take a [06:24] pause so you can rearm, call it a peace [06:26] treaty in the meanwhile, and then [06:28] re-attack later on? It's absurd. It's [06:31] absurd. How long are we going to do [06:33] stupid things again and again and again? [06:36] Look at this beautiful God-given [06:37] highland here at Mont Blanc, and think [06:40] to yourself, do you want Hezbollah to [06:42] control the highlands? Do you want Hamas [06:44] to control the lowlands? Do you want the [06:46] Palestinian Authority to control Judea [06:47] and Samaria? These are haters. We got to [06:49] get rid of them. And then when we get [06:51] rid of them, we can enjoy the glory of [06:53] God's good world. [06:54] >> Here with Richard Dermer, who's the head [06:56] of I Vow, or I Bow, which is what? What [06:59] is it, Richard? [07:00] >> I Vow is Israel Victims of War. It's a [07:02] Canadian charity that's existed since [07:04] just after the Yom Kippur War. The idea [07:06] is to take care and help the families [07:08] who have been have been victims of war, [07:11] whether through whether they've been [07:12] killed or injured through military [07:13] service, or killed or injured in terror [07:16] terrorist attacks. So, the Montreal [07:17] community has been bringing these kids [07:19] to Montreal for close to 50 years. [07:22] Uh 3 weeks at Machaneh summer camp, and [07:25] 1 week to Yule after that in Montreal [07:26] and Toronto. [07:27] >> Richard, how many people are here today? [07:28] How many Israelis, young Israelis are [07:30] here? [07:30] >> Right at on this little this Shabbat [07:33] gathering, it's 25 kids are here. [07:36] >> And they're from the Gaza periphery [07:39] envelope? [07:39] >> We We kids here from Kfar Aza more [07:42] communities around the Gaza envelope. We [07:44] also have some kids from hostage [07:45] families from some of the grandchildren [07:47] of some of the hostages, Gadi Moses, [07:50] Livshitz, Odette Livshitz. They're here [07:52] with us today. But this is only 10%. We [07:54] actually have 250 kids here right now. [07:56] >> Richard, Richard, we're out of time. [07:58] You're doing beautiful things. This is a [08:00] beautiful thing. They call it the [08:02] Shabbat Shabbatone or I also heard that [08:05] it's called the flotilla. Okay, it's [08:07] very beautiful. Kol hakavod to what you [08:09] do. Thank you for supporting and [08:10] strengthening Israel, strengthening our [08:12] families and Am Yisrael Chai together. [08:13] God bless you. Am Yisrael Chai. Thank [08:15] you. Awesome. [08:19] >> [music] [08:24] >> Okay, we're going. [08:26] NICE TO MEET YOU. PERMISSION TO COME [08:27] ABOARD. [08:28] >> Startup Nation, I love it. [08:29] >> Permission granted. [08:31] >> Awesome. [08:32] >> Kol hakavod lakhem. Awesomeness. [08:34] A flotilla [08:37] flotilla [08:38] slash Shabbatone. Awesome Jews and the [08:41] flag of Israel left right here. We're [08:43] rocking it. [08:45] Pro-Israelness, Israelis in [music] [08:48] beautiful Lake Memphremagog, Quebec. [08:52] Blessings, we feel it. We feel the love. [08:54] >> After a long trip in the United States, [08:56] is there anything better than going [08:58] home? That's right, going home on El Al. [09:02] People are getting in the airplane. [09:04] Baruch Hashem, I have a decent seat. [09:05] [music] [09:06] And the most decent aspect of the seat [09:08] is heading to the Holy Land. Had a great [09:10] time in America, in New York, New [09:12] Jersey, [music] D.C., Montreal, [09:16] up in the Laurentian Mountains. Great [09:18] folks, great people, [music] great [09:20] strengthening of our relationship and [09:22] our love for one another and unity. And [09:25] also the consciousness that we're [09:26] building a Holy Land together. So I'm [09:28] proud, I'm thankful to hang out with my [09:32] brothers and sisters and lovers of [09:33] Israel, not just Jews [music] but [09:34] non-Jews as well. [09:36] But at the end of a few days, it's time [09:38] to go home. [music] Going home to the [09:41] Holy Land. Thank you, Hashem, for a [09:42] great trip. Thank you, America and [09:43] Canada. Thank you, good people of [09:45] [music] from the world. And now, b'ezrat [09:47] Hashem, on wings of eagles, to the land [09:49] of Israel on El Al. God bless you, [09:51] wherever you are. [music] [09:52] And may you be blessed to come to the [09:54] good land, land of Israel. And shalom. [10:01] >> [music] [10:12] [music] [10:32] [music] [10:41] [music] [10:56] [music] [11:02] [music] [11:14] [music] [11:23] [music] [11:30] >> Oh. [11:31] >> [music] [11:36] >> Oh.
