Transcript [00:00] All right folks, Flea here. The Israeli [00:02] security cabinet has taken bold moves, [00:05] bold steps, announced that uh basically [00:08] the Hebrron Accords are being abregated [00:10] by the state of Israel. Not overtly with [00:13] the words I used, but in fact, de facto, [00:16] many of the legal stumbling blocks that [00:19] were placed in front of Jewish growth in [00:21] the city of Hebrron and in Jewish rights [00:23] in Judea and Samaria to purchase [00:25] property to see whose properties are [00:29] registered properly, to not have to [00:33] submit any longer plans to the Arab [00:36] authorities or the Palestinian Authority [00:37] to move forward. Many of these [00:39] bureaucratic gridlock things have now [00:42] been removed by Israel's security [00:45] cabinet. Will that indeed uh become law? [00:47] What is the meaning of all these [00:49] changes? I discussed with I24 on the [00:53] rundown when they asked me how big, how [00:56] sweeping are these changes? [00:58] >> The White House is reiterating its [01:00] opposed to Israel annexing the West Bank [01:03] and is stressing the importance of [01:05] maintaining stability in the region. In [01:08] recent days, the Israeli security [01:10] cabinet approving a series of measures [01:12] aimed at expanding Jerusalem's control [01:15] in areas Palestinians hope will make up [01:18] their possible future state. The [01:21] statement out of Washington did not [01:23] directly address those measures, which [01:26] include allowing Jewish Israelis to buy [01:28] West Bank land directly and transfers [01:32] authority over building permits for [01:34] Jewish settlements in the city of [01:36] Hebrron from the Palestinian Authority [01:38] to Israel. Now, the moves also [01:41] strengthen Israeli control over two [01:43] major religious sites, Rachel's tomb [01:46] near Bethlehem and the tomb of the [01:48] patriarchs in Bron. [01:51] So, for more reaction, it's a pleasure [01:53] to welcome Yishi Flea, spokesperson for [01:56] the Jewish community in thank you very [01:58] much for your time. As expected, you [02:02] won't be surprised. Much reaction of [02:04] course to these measures announced by [02:06] finance minister Badel Smatridge and [02:08] defense minister Israel Katz after [02:10] getting the green light by the security [02:12] cabinet. But before we get to that push [02:15] back, give us a sense of what these [02:17] measures mean for you and the community [02:19] in [02:21] >> Okay. Uh so uh the push back is the [02:24] small part of it. the the real story is [02:26] that the ideas of Oslo and the policies [02:30] of the Oslo uh period are starting to be [02:33] rolled back and especially in Hebrron [02:36] which is a 4,000y old Jewish city uh at [02:39] which we were throughout those years [02:41] sometimes an ethnic majority but now [02:43] we're an ethnic minority but it's still [02:45] a very important town for the Jewish [02:46] people and under the uh 1997 Hebrron [02:50] Accords a lot of power was seated to the [02:53] Palestinian Authority which was Israeli [02:55] creation. Uh and now after years of [02:58] recalcitrance [03:00] uh Israel is starting to take a lot of [03:02] those uh rights and governance powers [03:06] back to itself. So you know it's [03:08] actually quite complex because there's [03:10] so many things I have it written down. [03:11] Uh for for example planning and [03:13] construction uh we're ending the system [03:16] systematic obstruction. Okay. there's no [03:18] longer a requirement to submit [03:20] development plans to the Arab [03:22] authorities of the city because they [03:23] were always uh uh stying it, right? And [03:26] whenever you submitted any plans, they'd [03:28] be like, "No, Jews can't live here and [03:29] we're against it." So now the state of [03:31] Israel is like, "I don't think we need [03:32] to actually submit stuff to Arab [03:34] authorities. Let's just if we have [03:36] building that we want to do in Jewish [03:37] Hebron, we're going to do it." Um, [03:40] another aspect is simple transparency. [03:43] uh a lot of stuff was not known what it [03:46] was because there was a system that you [03:47] didn't have to show the identification [03:50] of all the uh properties in places like [03:52] Hebrron including Arab ownership but [03:55] just was not clear now there's going to [03:57] be transparency and abandoned property [04:00] houses that have been abandoned for for [04:02] tens of years can now be identified and [04:04] hopefully repurposed for public use in [04:07] in short there's a removal of [04:09] restriction on civilian initiatives on [04:12] there's no more need for this old [04:14] cumbersome transaction permit. And [04:16] there's all these steps that are going [04:18] to ease and normalize Jewish life in [04:20] Hebrron, including the control of the [04:23] holy sites, the tomb of the patriarchs [04:25] and matriarchs. Please don't forget the [04:27] mamas. They're a big part of the story. [04:28] It's it's the tomb of the mamas and [04:29] papas in Hebron and the tomb of Rachel [04:32] in in Bethlehem. So, we're basically [04:35] starting to take apart the Oslo regime [04:38] and the Oslo policy system and starting [04:41] to replace it with Jewish sovereignty in [04:43] the land. [04:44] >> And to that exact point, when you talk [04:46] about the push back, Arab and Muslim [04:48] countries obviously slamming the [04:49] measures. That won't surprise you. Many [04:51] say they appear to violate the Oslo [04:54] Accords as you are outlining right now [04:56] as well. But [04:57] >> they're not violating they're not [04:59] they're not violating I'm sorry. They're [05:00] not violating the the Oslo Accords. that [05:02] they are they are basically eviscerating [05:05] them. They're there we the Oslo accord [05:07] which was you know meant to create a [05:09] two-state solution uh has been a proven [05:11] failure and so these are active measures [05:14] that are saying the Oslo Accords are not [05:16] actually uh an accord that stands [05:19] anymore. The Palestinian Authority is [05:21] jihadist, anti-Israel, pays for [05:23] murderers, teachers brainwashes [05:25] children. We want to abregate these bad [05:27] accords. This was bad policy back then, [05:30] but it's been proven bad now for the [05:32] last 30 years. And now the Jewish state [05:34] is moving away from Oslo. I I just don't [05:36] want to beat around the bush. I want it [05:37] to be clear. It's not like we're like [05:39] this kind of sneakiness. It It's [05:41] basically stated that the Oslo Accords [05:44] are a problem and no longer serve to [05:47] give peace to this region and Israel is [05:49] taking governance rights back to its own [05:52] land. to that exact point, you know, and [05:54] have reacted to the reaction from Arab [05:57] countries, Muslim countries, the EU as [05:58] well. But what do you make of President [06:00] Donald Trump's response? He clearly has [06:03] stated he does not support Israel [06:04] annexing the West Bank. However, the [06:07] statement is pretty vague and it doesn't [06:09] really drill down on the actual [06:11] measures. What is your sense of the [06:14] gravitas of this American response? Does [06:17] it worry you? [06:19] Um [06:20] um the the the American response was uh [06:23] clearly a green light in diplomatic [06:26] speak. It just meant go ahead, keep [06:28] doing it. You're doing it just [06:29] >> that exactly what you read into it. [06:31] >> That's how I understood it. It's it's as [06:34] you said there's like this was a very it [06:36] was almost for you know the the Arab [06:37] countries and for the European [06:40] left-leaning countries. So he's like [06:41] yeah yeah don't annex fully. Don't take [06:44] control of all the land. But the thing [06:45] that you're doing you're absolutely [06:47] right to do it. You're absolutely right [06:48] to do it. And it's very simple. [06:51] People like President Trump do not [06:53] support jihadism. The Palestinian [06:55] Authority is the the the vehicle for [06:58] jihadism. They pay the October 7th kamas [07:02] terrorists. They are anti-Israel. All [07:04] you have to do is watch Palestinian TV, [07:06] which I have here at home. Watch it for [07:07] 10 minutes. You'll see it's hateful of [07:10] Israel. Calls for its destruction, pays [07:12] murderers, brainwashes children, and [07:15] tries to make the land Uden. It's over. [07:17] Okay. Now, it's not going to be over in [07:19] one shot, but it's being eroded. We are [07:21] trying to erode the Oslo idea and [07:24] instead make Israel sovereign, which is [07:26] going to bring more peace [07:28] >> and more normal life for more people. [07:32] Ask any Arab in the street what they [07:33] think of the Palestinian Authority, and [07:34] they have one word, corrupt. So, this [07:37] thing is corrupt. It's jihadist. It's a [07:38] failure. In fact, I'm ashamed that my [07:40] country is backing this this thing, [07:43] which by the way suppresses many Arabs [07:45] as well. So Oslo is dead, but the but [07:48] the effort to undermine it is a [07:50] bureaucratic long process and today was [07:53] a big day. By the way, there was already [07:54] previous steps taken. There were [07:56] previous steps taken uh in the 2000s. [07:58] There were military steps taken to take [08:01] away the Oslo regime. More recent more [08:03] recently, [08:05] >> uh this whole agreement about one of [08:07] these desert nature reserves that the [08:09] Palestinian authorities simply build [08:10] houses on was was taken away. So, so [08:14] slowly but surely we're eroding uh the [08:17] the AUS state narrative and in the end [08:19] of this process, Israel is going to [08:20] control its ancestral homeland of Judea [08:22] and Samaria. [08:24] >> Flasher, as always, appreciate you being [08:25] with us on I24 News. Thank you for your [08:27] time. I appreciate it. [08:29] >> Thank you. Okay, that was my appearance [08:31] on I24 and I made the claim that the [08:33] Oslo Accords and especially the Hebrron [08:36] part of the Oslo Accords are being [08:37] abregated. But I thought it would [08:39] behoove us to hear from a real expert [08:41] and Maurice Hirs is Lieutenant Colonel [08:44] uh in the IDF, an international law [08:46] expert who specializes in the [08:48] prosecution of terrorists, the [08:50] Palestinian Authority, and the law [08:52] applied in Judea and Samaria, the [08:54] so-called West Bank. Uh he's held many [08:57] senior positions ultimately becoming the [09:00] head of military prosecution for Judea [09:02] and Samaria. He's now the director of [09:04] the Initiative of Palestinian Authority [09:05] Accountability at the Jerusalem Center [09:08] for Security and Foreign Affairs and a [09:10] research fellow at the Israeli Institute [09:13] for Strategic Studies and Israel Defense [09:15] and Security Forum. Okay, so we have [09:17] somebody who really does understand the [09:19] law, Maurice Hirs. Thanks so much for [09:21] joining us today. [09:22] >> Hi Shai. always always good to join you. [09:26] >> Okay. So, how big of a deal are these [09:28] changes? Changes to the uh planning and [09:31] construction uh um nor norms in Judea [09:36] and Samaria where we're now ending [09:37] systematic obstruction uh property data, [09:40] transparency of ownership, removal of [09:42] restrictions from civilian initiatives. [09:46] Are these things just hot air or are [09:47] they real on the ground? [09:49] So I think what we're seeing here at the [09:51] moment is is really a difference in in [09:54] approach to Judea and Samaria. It's [09:56] really looking at what were the problems [09:58] that we've had until now and how they [10:00] can be changed. Let's take Hebrron as an [10:03] example. Um I would I would hesitate to [10:06] go as far as saying that Israel has [10:08] abregated the Hebrron agreement. We're [10:10] only talking about changes in the Jewish [10:13] section of Kevron, only in H2, not in [10:17] all of the area um that is under the the [10:20] control of the Palestinian Authority [10:22] still and will remain. So that as we [10:25] know is 97% of that is the big area of [10:29] which is still under the control of the [10:31] Arabs. What we're seeing is a change in [10:33] the area of the Yeshua Yudi, the Jewish [10:36] presidents in Hebrron, which is and [10:39] there we're seeing a massive change [10:41] there. We've had this situation under [10:43] the Hebrron Accords where for the last [10:46] 30 years there should technically have [10:49] been some type of cooperation between [10:51] Israel and the Hebrron municipality, but [10:55] but that was always a non-starter. The [10:58] the Kran municipality traditionally has [11:00] been run by a bunch of terrorists. It [11:03] actually is now run by a convicted [11:06] terrorist and there's no way that we [11:08] could ever have expected any um [11:12] reasonable chance of cooperation. So [11:14] when you've had no-brainers like the [11:16] whole world is moving towards making [11:20] historical sites sites that are have a [11:24] religious importance making them [11:27] simply available and accessible for [11:30] disabled people. So for years Israel had [11:33] been trying to make the the cave of the [11:35] patriarchs Maratha Makbah accessible for [11:38] the disabled. the the Hebrron [11:41] municipality said, "No, we're not doing [11:42] it." Until finally Israel said, "You [11:44] know what? We no longer care about your [11:47] petty politics, and we're going to [11:49] establish a lift which will help and [11:51] make the came of the patriarchs [11:54] accessible for the disabled." Um, and [11:57] that was a pattern that we saw over and [11:58] over and over again. Simple decisions [12:01] which should have really have been [12:02] no-brainers. The municipality of Kron [12:05] was objecting, placing all types of [12:08] limitations. And so what the the cabinet [12:10] decided was that you people have proved [12:12] yourselves to be unworthy of any [12:15] consideration and therefore we will do [12:18] things by ourselves. [12:18] >> You're talking about the Palestinian [12:20] Authority, [12:20] >> the municipality of Hebrron, the [12:24] >> right. [12:25] >> Yeah. Yeah. We're no longer going to [12:26] wait for you. We gave you the [12:28] opportunity to be normal, decent human [12:30] beings and cooperate. You chose not to. [12:33] So you cannot expect anything else. [12:35] That's on the one hand. So that's a a [12:38] major change in and of itself. On the [12:40] other hand, in Judean Samaria, what [12:43] we've seen over the last 70 years really [12:45] is a situation where nobody knows who [12:48] owns what piece of land. There wasn't an [12:51] open registar of land ownership. You [12:54] couldn't say, you know what, I like that [12:57] piece of land over there. I'd like to [12:58] know who it is and then offer them a pot [13:02] of gold literally in order to buy the [13:05] land. you you could never know. You [13:07] always had to go through intermediaries. [13:09] You didn't know whether they were [13:11] fortunate. You didn't know whether they [13:12] were true. You didn't know whether they [13:13] were the actual owners. And lots of [13:16] people lost a lot of money buying land [13:18] from fraudulent um Arab um Arab Arabs [13:24] who presented themselves as the owners [13:27] of property which they had no rights to. [13:29] And so the decision has now been made to [13:31] actually open up the registar. Look, [13:34] this is where there's land. This is who [13:37] the these are the people who own these [13:38] parcels of land. And anyone who wants to [13:41] now can look at the registar and see [13:43] well I would like to offer Muhammad who [13:46] owns this piece of land a lot of money [13:48] to buy his property. This is something [13:50] which has been done over the years for [13:54] literally for for for 250 years. Jews [13:57] have come to Israel. they spent a lot of [14:00] money to buy land in the land of Israel. [14:03] Um and and and that's how the ownership [14:05] is transferred. When you look at things [14:07] like go back to 1929, the massacre inv [14:12] the British uh uh um government appoints [14:15] the shore committee to investigate well [14:17] why did the Arabs murder the Jews? They [14:19] can't understand. And one of the [14:21] conclusions that they come to is that, [14:23] listen to this, too many Jews came to [14:26] Israel with too much money. They paid [14:29] the Arabs too much money for their land. [14:32] Now the Arabs have wasted all of that [14:34] money. They have no land to work. [14:36] They're unemployed and so they're angry. [14:39] So they murder the Jews. That was the [14:41] conclusions of the Torah report. [14:43] Unbelievable. But that's exactly what [14:46] was happening. And so now you'll have [14:47] this ability to say, you know what, [14:49] there is land. It's open for everyone. [14:51] We know who the owners are. You can [14:53] offer that person a um a a hefty sum of [14:56] money over and above its market value [14:59] and we can move forward. The other [15:01] decision that was made in that very same [15:04] context [15:06] was to finally I sometimes you you see [15:10] things that you cannot understand how [15:13] they survive for so long because they [15:15] are so inherently offensive. Um the the [15:18] Jordanian la uh criminal code from 1960 [15:22] article 114 prohibits the la the sale of [15:26] land by Arabs to Jews. Right? That's [15:29] what it is. It was adopted by the [15:30] Palestinian Authority. If you've got a [15:33] law which is prejuditial and racist [15:35] against the Jews, obviously the [15:37] Palestinian Authority is there. Mahmud [15:39] Abbas took it a step 10 steps even [15:43] further. Instead of the fiveyear [15:45] sentence under Jordanian law, Mahmud [15:48] Abbas made it into a an offense selling [15:51] land to Jews, just just that, never mind [15:55] how much they paid. An offense that was [15:57] punishable with life imprisonment with [16:00] hard labor, of course. I mean, this is [16:03] the craziness of this uh of this uh [16:06] truly racist, fundamentally racist [16:09] Palestinian Authority. Um, and the [16:11] decision was finally made after [16:14] 68 years to say, you know what, we're [16:17] going to cancel that provision in the [16:19] Jordanian law. [16:20] >> What What does that mean, cancel that [16:22] provision? We don't Why would we have [16:24] Jordanian law in the first place? What [16:25] do What do you mean? What do you mean by [16:26] that? I mean, you're saying that the [16:28] state of Israel upheld a law a Jordanian [16:32] law against Arabs selling to Jews? I'm [16:35] confused. Well, so so so so [16:38] unfortunately Israel has consistently [16:41] been um been ambiguous about its claim [16:45] to Judea and Samaria. In 1967, the [16:48] decision was made that that the area [16:50] would not be incorporated into in into [16:53] the rest of Israel um as it should have [16:55] been. Um and and so what happened was [16:58] that they applied what they interpreted [17:02] as international law which says that in [17:04] areas that come under your control which [17:06] are not yours, you are required to leave [17:09] the law that was enforced at the time in [17:11] place unless it is fundamentally [17:15] um against your policies. And that's [17:17] what Israel did. It left the Jordanian [17:20] law in in place. It left some of the [17:22] British law in place. It left some of [17:24] the Ottoman law in place. Much of the [17:26] land law in Judan Samaria was Ottoman [17:30] law from from from pre-state which was [17:33] then adopted and incorporated into the [17:36] into the law in Judan Samaria. And one [17:38] of so one of those provisions was the [17:41] Jordanian criminal law which remains [17:43] inforced to this day. Right. when when [17:47] an Arab steals a car and he's brought to [17:50] trial before the military courts, he's [17:52] he's indicted under article 407 of the [17:55] Jordanian criminal code. So the article [17:58] 114 said it's illegal to sell land to [18:01] Jews. Um it doesn't say that exactly, [18:03] but that's how it's been interpreted. [18:05] It's selling land to foreigners who [18:08] would uh try to make it part of another [18:10] state. Um that's that's rarely what it [18:13] says. And and and and so [18:16] That was something which remained a law [18:18] in force. It was never enforced [18:21] obviously by Israel, right? It was it [18:24] was basically a provision which [18:26] everybody saw, everybody ignored until [18:29] the Palestinian Authority came along and [18:32] they said, "You know what? We're [18:33] adopting the the the 1960 uh um [18:37] Jordanian Criminal Code, including that [18:40] same provision. And not only that, we're [18:42] going to actually enforce it. We're [18:44] gonna send people to jail for the crime [18:48] of selling land to Jews. Like im imagine [18:51] that in Iran, in Iran, Jews own land. [18:55] They can buy land in in in in the worst [18:58] of countries. They can buy land. Jews [19:01] are forbidden from buying land from [19:03] Arabs under the Palestinian Authority [19:05] law. That's the fundamental racism of [19:08] that institution. [19:09] >> Okay. So there's uh there's a return to [19:12] health or a return to normaly uh uh some [19:16] kind of um taking apart these old [19:19] bureaucratic knots these Gordian knots [19:22] that were there. There is a change and [19:24] it reflects the will of the people is uh [19:28] is there next steps in order to actually [19:30] make this stuff um on the ground active [19:35] as as the as the policy of Israel? Does [19:37] it still have to be cleared by generals, [19:39] army generals in the field, or does it [19:41] have a Supreme Court hurdle or does it [19:43] need a a vote on by by Israeli's full [19:45] cabinet? What's going to make these new [19:48] uh clear and unambiguous and and and [19:51] normal policies part of Israel's [19:53] day-to-day? [19:55] So, so what you're asking is is a very [19:58] simple question which which really does [20:00] have a very very simple answer. the the [20:03] government of the state of Israel made [20:05] this decision. All of the other [20:07] institutions are subject to and [20:10] underneath um the government of Israel [20:12] and therefore it should be a no-brainer. [20:14] It will be implemented as soon as [20:16] possible. But it does bring into [20:18] question a a a different subject which [20:21] is well if the military commander in [20:24] Judean Samaria he's the sovereign what [20:28] weight exactly does um the decision of [20:31] Israel's cabinet have I'm dealing with [20:34] that subject uh um in discussions in the [20:36] creset regarding imposing the death [20:39] sentence on terrorist murderers and and [20:42] and some parts of the some of the [20:44] participants in in the discussion are [20:46] saying well you can't make a decision [20:49] forcing the military commander to do [20:51] something. And the answer is, oh, oh [20:53] yes, of course you can. The military [20:55] commander is not a separate country. [20:58] It's not a separate entity. It's a he's [21:00] a general in the Israeli army. He is [21:02] subject to the chief of staff, to the [21:05] minister of defense, to the government [21:07] of the state of Israel. And all of those [21:09] arguments about whether he is an [21:12] underling of and whether he's a [21:15] sovereign in his own right are [21:17] absolutely ridiculous. When the [21:18] government of Israel decides to release [21:21] terrorists in return for whatever [21:24] they're doing it, he tells the [21:26] commander, "Release the terrorists or [21:28] else." I happened to be a party to [21:31] discussions a few years ago where one of [21:32] the military commanders actually said, [21:34] "You know what? Stop. Hold it. I've [21:37] changed my mind. I don't want to sign [21:39] the release of exterrorists. Within five [21:43] minutes, the chief of staff picked up [21:45] the phone to him and said, "Either you [21:47] sign or you're fired." That was the [21:50] headline in the newspapers the next [21:52] morning. [21:53] >> Right? [21:53] >> The chief of staff threatened him. [21:55] Either you sign or you're fired. So, so [21:57] really this should be a no-brainer. This [21:59] should be something which should [22:00] automatically go down uh the chain of [22:03] command from the the security cabinet to [22:05] the minister of defense and then [22:08] straight onto uh um uh the army and that [22:11] should be then adopted into legislation [22:13] almost immediately without any further [22:16] consideration. the work has already been [22:18] done and anyone who now tries to raise [22:21] um obstacles to that um really should [22:24] just simply be removed from their [22:26] position um because they are irrelevant. [22:29] Um, will there be huh some type of an [22:32] attempt of the supporters of terrorism, [22:34] the supporters of this racism uh um to [22:37] to to appeal to the Supreme Court and [22:40] try and obviously get support from from [22:43] their friends on the bench uh um to to [22:46] to prevent the implementation of the of [22:49] the Jewish right to uh uh um to build [22:51] and live in its ancestral homeland. Of [22:53] course, there will be. There are enough [22:56] enemies of the state of Israel, of the [22:58] people of Israel. Um I'm sure Bet Salem [23:01] and and and and Breaking the Silence [23:04] will all have what to say. Uh um they [23:07] all had we've seen statements from [23:10] >> from all types of UN raurs [23:13] condemning the decision of the [23:15] government. They were silent when Mahmud [23:17] Abbas changed the law that said you you [23:20] could send people to life in prison just [23:22] for selling land to Jews. the hypocrisy [23:25] that that it's just dripping from them [23:28] as they say that. [23:30] >> Maurice Hirsh, thank you very much. [23:32] Let's hope that it's Betal that [23:34] overcomes Betelm, right? Betal Smutri, [23:37] Minister of Finance, who will overcome [23:39] Betelm, which is a far left. [23:41] >> It's not Betal Lishai. It's the Jewish [23:43] people overcome Betelm. [23:45] >> That's right. And it's also the free [23:46] world overcoming jihadism. And it's the [23:49] I hope the erosion uh of the Oslo idea, [23:52] the two-state idea which has brought so [23:53] much pain for all peoples in this [23:56] region. Lieutenant Colonel Maurice Hirs, [23:58] international law expert and today [24:00] director of the Initiative for [24:01] Palestinian Authority Accountability at [24:03] the Jerusalem Center for Security and [24:05] Foreign Affairs, research fellow, [24:07] research fellow at the Israeli Institute [24:09] for Strategic Studies and Israel's [24:11] Defense and Security Forum. Thank you so [24:13] much for being with us. [24:14] >> Thank you for having me. Good evening. [24:16] >> All right, folks. Sh Fisher here and [24:18] we're broadcasting from Judea. God bless [24:20] you. We got to be strong out there. Uh [24:22] and we got to push back on some of the [24:23] old ideas that have held us back uh from [24:26] living in our heartland from having [24:28] Israel glow uh from having its people [24:32] return to its land uh from the in [24:34] gathering of the exiles, from the uh [24:36] period of the third temple that we're [24:38] living in. Uh bad ideas and bad laws uh [24:41] and jihadism uh has stymied that [24:43] movement forward. And now that's [24:45] changing by the will of the Israeli uh [24:48] chosen leadership. The Israeli people [24:50] have chosen a new path, a new leadership [24:52] and we are part of it. If you want to be [24:54] part of it any more than that, if you [24:56] actually want to be part of building of [24:57] the land of Israel, please join us. [24:59] Fightforisrael.org.
