Transcript [00:00] Katril, you made aliyah only two and a [00:01] half years ago and this is your first [00:03] opportunity to vote. You asked me a [00:05] technical question this morning. What [00:06] was that question? [00:06] >> Is when I go to the voting station, what [00:08] should I be doing? So, you're going to [00:09] get a message either on your phone, also [00:11] you can pick it up at gov.io or in your [00:13] mailbox, a little note that says I have [00:15] the right to vote and where your voting [00:17] station is. Usually like a 5minute walk [00:19] to get to your voting station. You got [00:21] to bring that note. You also have to [00:22] bring your two dad zahoot your [00:23] identification card. You're going to get [00:24] in line. Sometimes they tell you that [00:26] your last name will be this room. It'll [00:28] have a list in front. You're going to [00:29] show them that piece of paper and your [00:30] identification card. They're going to [00:32] give you an envelope. It's blank. You're [00:35] going to go behind a little screen and [00:36] in that screen you're going to see tons [00:38] of little cards with letters on. You got [00:40] to pick out just one of those letter. [00:42] Maybe you feel like you want to vote for [00:43] this guy and this guy. These two [00:45] parties. You put in two notes. What [00:46] happens? Gets thrown out. You got to [00:48] pick out one of these notes, stick it [00:50] into the envelope, lick it, and you come [00:52] out in front. There's going to be a big [00:53] box where you put in that envelope. When [00:56] you did that, you have discharged your [00:57] duty. democratic duty and your state of [00:59] Israel duty and hopefully your Torah [01:01] duty to make Israel stronger by voting [01:03] and I can only ask and request and hope [01:05] to promise you that the best party in my [01:07] opinion is bet our party Benes [01:10] letter bet I hope that you consider that [01:12] but of course I'm very proud of you for [01:14] coming home to the land of Israel and [01:15] really being part of the process of [01:16] strengthening and hopefully really we [01:18] make Hashem's presence in this lower [01:19] domain that's exactly what we're going [01:21] to do happy voting everybody
