Over 30 volunteers on a pruning trip at the Israel guys base found themselves stranded when the war started and all their flights were immediately canceled. The team faced an urgent challenge of figuring out how to get everyone home safely with no commercial flight options available.

The team reached out to the US Embassy and contacts throughout Israel to explore options for evacuating the volunteers. Through networking and referrals, they discovered a potential route to get some volunteers out through Egypt with help from a local contact.

The contact they reached out to had previously worked on one of the volunteers' farms, and this same person ended up being instrumental in coordinating logistics to get nearly all 30+ volunteers safely out of the country through Egypt and back to their families. The unexpected connection demonstrated God's providence and divine timing during the crisis.
