And and you deserve [00:09] applause because uh this is a wonderful [00:11] event. Thank you Israel 365. Thank you [00:13] to the Begin Center. I'm honored to be [00:15] on this panel with uh distinguished [00:17] people who really are Zionists and care [00:19] for Israel. Um I'm going to use my 5 [00:21] minutes or 4 and 1/2 minutes now. I'm [00:23] going to use them uh with uh three short [00:25] stories. The first one goes like this. [00:27] About 2 weeks ago uh I was on the Cain [00:30] Trail uh and we passed through a place [00:32] called the Agro Cafe down in Srigim. And [00:34] I bumped into somebody who knows me and [00:36] she's now a talent agent of some kind [00:38] and she was uh walking around with a guy [00:40] and I I said, "What do you do?" He says, [00:42] "Well, I've been a uh IDF prison systems [00:47] and police photographer. I've taken [00:49] pictures in all these places for many [00:51] years and I want to now [00:52] put out my work." Okay. He said, "Who [00:54] are you What are you doing?" I told him [00:56] I'm with Otzma Yehudit. He said, "Let me [00:58] tell you a story." Says the guy that I [01:00] bumped into randomly. He says, [01:03] "I was a prison photographer. [01:06] One day I'm I'm taking pictures, I see [01:08] one of the worst terrorist prisoners [01:11] walk up to one of the guards. [01:14] And the prisoner says to the guard, [01:16] "Give me your phone. Get out of the [01:18] room." [01:20] The prison guard handed him the phone [01:23] and left the room. Says the photographer [01:25] to me. He says, "I said to the guard, [01:27] what's going on here?" He said, "They [01:29] rule the prisons, not us." He said to [01:32] me, the prison photographer says to me, [01:34] "Everything has changed there. The [01:36] prison is now a prison. It's a hell for [01:39] terrorists. They don't want to go [01:41] there." [01:43] >> [applause] [01:45] >> And the fact is is that I work in [01:47] Hebron, so I speak with Arabs all the [01:49] time. Real real the Hebron Arabs. And [01:52] they said to me, "Listen, uh uh [01:54] Ben-Gvir's prisons So, don't want to get [01:55] into." That's story number one. Story [01:57] number two, my son is in the audience [01:59] here [02:00] and him and I on the second day of Rosh [02:02] Hashanah, we stayed at our good friend [02:03] Josh Wanders, who's here in the [02:05] audience, and we 6:30 in the morning [02:08] got in line to go to the Temple Mount. [02:10] Second day Rosh Hashanah, got in line in [02:13] the morning to go to the Temple Mount. [02:14] As we stood there, we were handed [02:16] siddurim that were printed for Rosh [02:19] Hashanah with a special Temple Mount [02:21] prayers added into it. [02:23] And from there, we proceeded to go up, [02:24] but we had to wait until the other 200 [02:27] people, 300 people went up on the Temple [02:29] Mount and joined this. Then, we spent 3 [02:31] and 1/2 hours praying, [02:34] bowing down fully, blowing the shofar [02:37] and the silver trumpets. [02:39] >> [applause] [02:41] >> And every single person there, police, [02:45] the Jews, the Arabs, know that one man [02:48] made that reform. Many people have [02:49] talked about it. Many people have been [02:50] great activists, but one man made that [02:52] reform that is Ben Gvir. He has allowed [02:54] us our national pride to pray [02:59] as as as at least equal citizens in our [03:01] land, if not in a Jews in a Jewish state [03:03] in in Jerusalem on our Temple Mount. [03:05] That happened. I was part of it. And [03:07] then, that's history. [03:08] Number three, my insurance agent Israel [03:11] calls me the other day and he says, [03:12] "Eshai, it's time to He speaks in [03:15] Hebrew. It's time to renew your [03:16] insurance." I said, "Israel, good to [03:18] hear from you again." He said to me, [03:19] "This year, I did a great job for you. I [03:21] lowered the insurance cost by 400 [03:23] shekel." [03:26] Is that you, Israel? I never heard of [03:28] such a thing. [03:30] Who's heard of a car insurance cost [03:31] going down in our country? Since when do [03:33] any prices go down? Is what you said, [03:35] Dan. [03:36] Since when do we have prices go down? He [03:37] says, "Yes, I did a great job for you." [03:39] Well, it turned out that my insurance [03:41] agent is is a fine insurance agent, but [03:43] that's not the reason why insurance [03:44] costs went down. All of your car [03:46] insurance have gone down. Reason is, [03:49] car theft has gone down below 2006 [03:52] level. [03:53] That is when we had half the cars that [03:56] we have today, okay? And yet our car [03:59] thefts have gone down. Why? [04:01] >> Because of all the new police, uh 4,300 [04:04] new police officers that are better paid [04:06] than ever before. Because uh criminals [04:09] are afraid. Because, ladies and [04:11] gentlemen, we have tripled the amount of [04:14] Jews that have gun permits and gun [04:16] rights in this country. [04:18] >> [applause] [04:20] >> It's very simple. We're running on our [04:23] record. In America, we call the law and [04:25] order candidate. We have done [04:28] so much to make you safer. I think that [04:31] Itamar Ben-Gvir deserves your vote. I've [04:33] done my part, including uh uh [04:35] uh [04:36] beautifying places in the land of [04:37] Israel, restoration, including the [04:39] Biblical Highway Project, which Baruch [04:41] Hashem I had the biggest part of pushing [04:42] through. Uh Route 60 now has signs all [04:44] over. Baruch Hashem, we're running on [04:46] our record, and God bless you. Let's be [04:48] safe together and stronger. [04:50] >> [applause]
