Transcript [00:00] Prime Minister Netanyahu just spoke uh [00:03] to the conference of presidents of major [00:05] Jewish organizations. They had a big [00:07] conference here in Jerusalem. Let's [00:10] check out uh Prime Minister Netanyahu's [00:13] speech uh an English language speech and [00:16] really a policy speech about what he [00:18] thinks uh is the future visa v Iran, [00:22] Gaza, and other things. Here's Prime [00:24] Minister Netanyahu. Well, it's that time [00:26] of the year again and we meet here [00:29] annually and things obviously change and [00:32] mostly for the better. U but we still [00:35] have challenges. I just came back from [00:37] the United States for a very important [00:40] meeting with President Trump. Obviously [00:43] the focus was on Iran. Uh the president [00:47] is determined to uh uh exhaust the [00:50] possibilities of achieving a deal which [00:53] he believes can be achieved now because [00:55] of the [00:58] because of the uh circumstances that [01:01] have been created, the force projection [01:04] uh and the fact that as he says Iran [01:06] must surely understand that they missed [01:08] out last time and he thinks there's a a [01:13] serious uh prob probability that they [01:16] won't miss out this time. I will not [01:19] hide from you that I express my uh [01:22] skepticism of any deal with Iran because [01:25] frankly Iran is reliable on one thing. [01:28] They lie and they cheat. But uh I uh [01:34] said that if a deal is to be reached, it [01:35] should have several components. [01:41] Several components that we believe are [01:43] important. not only for the security of [01:45] Israel but for the security of the [01:47] world, the United States, the region, [01:49] the world. The first is that all [01:52] enriched material has to uh leave Iran. [01:56] The second is that there shall be no [01:59] enrichment capability, [02:02] not stopping the enrichment process, but [02:06] uh dismantle the equipment and the [02:10] infrastructure that allows you to enrich [02:12] in the first place. [02:13] And the third is to deal also with the [02:16] questions of ballistic missiles. Uh [02:19] there's an empty CR limitation of 300 [02:22] kilometers. Uh and Iran is supposed to [02:26] adhere to it. Of course, it doesn't. Uh [02:28] as the rising lion operation by itself [02:31] manifested, everybody knows that. And [02:34] the fourth is uh stop the dismantle the [02:38] axis of terror that Iran has built. It's [02:41] been smashed but it's still there. It's [02:43] trying to recover as Iran itself is [02:45] trying to do. Uh and the last thing is [02:48] remember Ronald Reagan's dictim visa v [02:51] the Soviet Union [02:53] trust but verify distrust distrust and [02:57] always verify. So there has to be real [03:00] uh inspections uh substantive [03:03] inspections uh no lead time inspections [03:06] but effective inspections for all of the [03:09] above. [03:10] So these are things that the prime [03:12] minister would like to see uh visav [03:16] Iran. But we all understand that what [03:18] he's really saying is get rid of these [03:21] guys, right? These are the things that [03:22] they're doing that that actively [03:24] threaten us, their nuclear capability, [03:26] their ballistic missiles, they have to [03:29] be verified and the support of other [03:31] terror networks. What it really means is [03:33] these guys are bad. And it's he's [03:36] already made it clear that he's got a [03:37] disagreement with President Trump. [03:39] President Trump wants to see dialogue [03:42] and negotiation happen. He wants the art [03:44] of the deal to keep uh arting the [03:47] dealing. Uh but Prime Minister Netanyah [03:49] wants to get rid of these guys. Uh and [03:52] it could be this whole thing is a ruse. [03:53] We've been rused already a few times, [03:55] right? It could very well be that this [03:57] is all a bluff and that indeed there's [03:58] going to be a strike later on. That [04:00] could be uh but uh it could be not. It [04:03] could be that Prime Minister Netanyahu [04:05] really has a difference of perspective. [04:07] But he's saying to President Trump, if [04:09] you're going to negotiate, these are the [04:11] points that are important for Israel's [04:13] national security and for global [04:15] security. [04:16] >> These are the elements that we believe [04:18] are important for the achievement of a [04:20] deal. And I presented our position very [04:23] clearly. We also spoke about Gaza. Uh I [04:27] think uh we set out when we went to uh [04:30] uh we set out on after we were massacred [04:34] on October 7th, we had we set up three [04:37] goals visav Gaza. The first one was to [04:40] return all the hostages. The second was [04:42] to disarm or dismantle Hamas's military [04:46] capabilities and the third is to [04:48] dismantle Hamas's governing [04:50] capabilities. The first has been [04:52] achieved with the help of uh the United [04:55] States and first of all with the help of [04:58] our brave soldiers, our incomparably [05:00] courageous soldiers. [05:05] Our soldiers are brave. No doubt about [05:07] it. The question if the policy is brave, [05:09] right? That's the real issue. Is the [05:11] policy brave? And I have to say that I [05:13] don't think it's been a very brave [05:14] policy. It's been a strongish policy, [05:17] but like to the real brave thing to do [05:19] would have been to say, "We're rolling [05:21] back the disengagement from Gaza. We're [05:25] taking it back over. We're going to [05:26] bravely control this population. We're [05:29] going to help a lot of them leave. We're [05:31] going to help a lot of them become re be [05:33] refugees because that's what they are. [05:35] Uh but we're going to govern this land." [05:37] That would have been brave. The [05:39] soldiers, I know they're brave. [05:42] I know they're brave. We know that. The [05:44] question is, do we have brave policy [05:46] that's going to change the future? Right [05:49] now, I see a very similar kind of [05:51] situation in Gaza. We we've ca we've [05:53] come back. We haven't changed the the [05:56] the whole chess, you know, chess board. [05:59] And I know there's going to be the kind [06:00] of people say, "Look, we've smashed them [06:02] and we've smashed them, but there's [06:04] still tunnels. There's still got Kamas [06:07] still has uh weapons. He's going to talk [06:09] about that. They're still in control. [06:11] Why? It's a sandbox. destroy them, [06:14] control it, take it, you know, make it [06:17] make it make it make it better with with [06:20] no ifs, ands, or buts. Uh so I'm not so [06:23] sure that we have a brave policy that's [06:26] commensurate with the courage that the [06:29] soldiers have shown. the support that we [06:31] got from uh President Trump and his [06:33] team, the support we got from you and so [06:36] many around the world and the decisions [06:39] that we made not to cower and not to [06:42] submit to the pressures that were put on [06:44] us from outside and from inside. We [06:46] stood our ground. We got every single [06:49] one of these people out, including the [06:52] last hero. The last hero, Rani Gilli, [06:55] incredible hero. [06:56] >> But but we didn't get everybody out. [07:00] Because the land of Israel is still [07:01] being held hostage [07:03] and this war was never about getting [07:06] everybody out. It was always about [07:07] destroying kamas so that could never [07:09] again happen. Could it happen right now? [07:11] It could happen right now. So therefore [07:14] I would say, you know, to to change the [07:16] narrative that the war was all about [07:17] bringing everybody home. That was that [07:19] was I I have to say that was a kamas [07:22] Iranian script. Was never our script. [07:24] Our script was to make sure was to [07:26] rescue as many as possible. of course, [07:29] but to make sure that it never happens [07:30] again and to destroy kamas utterly, that [07:33] is far from happened. That is that is [07:35] not what has happened and that is a [07:37] disappointment. No matter how you spin [07:39] it, it's pretty obvious that we lost big [07:41] on October 7th and we haven't exactly [07:44] regained the proper proper posture that [07:48] we should be in. [07:50] >> Uh but there are so many others. We [07:52] stood our ground there. We also stand [07:53] our ground on the other two things that [07:55] have to happen. Uh, under President [07:57] Trump's 20point plan, when we move to [08:00] phase B, what has to happen is that [08:03] Hamas must first be disarmed. See, this [08:06] is crap. I'm sorry. See, when I'm [08:08] hearing this stuff, I'm just like, this [08:09] is just junk. The original Trump plan, [08:11] which was like gates of hell, open the [08:15] doors, let all the refugees out, get [08:17] them out, turn this into a a a new [08:20] Riviera. That was a plan. this whole [08:22] phase B business and all that, letting [08:25] the Turks and the Qataris and the [08:27] Indonesians to be involved uh in the [08:30] reconstruction of Gaza. Um, [08:33] no, no, it's it's it's it's not a strong [08:36] it's not a strong posture. It's not a [08:38] victorious posture. And uh for you, [08:42] Prime Minister Netanyahu, it's it's not [08:44] the stuff of legacy. I'm sorry. And you [08:46] never prime minister never said that he [08:49] was going to take over Gaza, that he was [08:51] going to re and have you ever seen what [08:54] Gaza is? It's just this thing. It's just [08:57] this little box. That's how small Gaza [08:59] is. It was that I'm not going to do it [09:01] again. Uh but that that is that is what [09:03] Gaza is. And we should have held that. [09:06] We should be holding on to that piece of [09:08] land instead of the the evil folks that [09:11] are in control of it. And I'm sorry, [09:12] this is no solution. And you know, we [09:14] respect Prime Minister Netanyahu, and he [09:16] did a lot of good stuff, but when it [09:18] comes to Gaza, he didn't have the vision [09:21] to walk back uh the the dreaded [09:25] disengagement, which was such evil. My [09:28] wife and I were down there in Gaza [09:29] protesting against it. And yet, we're [09:31] still living with this thing. We're [09:33] still living after October 7th. We're [09:35] still living with a Gaza and jihadi [09:37] hands. [09:38] >> And then Gaza must be demilitarized. [09:41] Disarmed means that it must give up its [09:44] main its weapons, not [09:46] >> nobody's gonna demilitarize it unless [09:49] you control it and rule it. Come on. [09:51] That is such sham credola. That's just [09:55] just silly. Just shammy stuff. They've [09:58] got to demilitarize. It's not going to [10:00] happen. There's only one way it's going [10:02] to de if you demilitarize them, they [10:05] will be demilitarized. And the only way [10:06] you're going to demilitarize them is if [10:08] you're in control of that land. It's [10:11] simple. [10:12] >> Weapons. And one of them people said [10:14] heavy weapons. [10:16] They're practically no heavy weapons in [10:18] Gaza. There's no artillery. There are no [10:20] tanks. [10:22] There's nothing. The heavy weapon, the [10:25] one that does the most damage, is called [10:28] an AK47. [10:30] Okay? That's it. That's how they execute [10:34] people. That's how they shoot our [10:36] people. That's what they use. Assault [10:39] rifles. That's what they use in the [10:41] massacre of October 7th. That's what [10:43] they use. That's what they they did the [10:46] worst massacre of the Jewish people [10:48] since the Holocaust with AK-47s. [10:50] 60,000 of them. They have to go outside. [10:54] Obviously, RPGs, rockets, and so on. But [10:57] that's the main weapon. Uh, and that has [10:59] to go. So, first disarm Hamas and second [11:03] demilitarize Gaza. What does that mean? [11:05] They still have tunnels there. We [11:07] dismantle about 150 km of 500 km of [11:11] tunnels. [11:13] We have to complete the job. That means [11:15] also that you can't hide weapons labs or [11:19] other facilities that they use to rearm [11:22] themselves, regroup, and reform, which [11:24] they're trying to do. We're giving the [11:28] president's plan a chance. And he put it [11:31] very succinctly. He said it can be done [11:33] the easy way or it can be done the hard [11:36] way. We hope [11:38] >> it could also be done the smart way or [11:40] the stupid way. It could be done the [11:43] smart way or the stupid way. The smart [11:45] way is to be like, you know what, we [11:47] gave up our land in 2005. It was blew up [11:50] in our face. Our whole military was [11:52] lulled to sleep. Qatari money was [11:55] flowing through the state of Israel into [11:58] kamas through you, Prime Minister [12:00] Netanyahu. You literally passed millions [12:03] of dollars every month of Qatari money [12:07] into Kamas's hands. You were fooled. You [12:10] were part of that uh conception. [12:14] Uh you made a big mistake. Your military [12:17] leaders made a big mistake. And now the [12:19] only way to do it is to roll it back and [12:21] not to try the same old same old. Um [12:25] they're armed and dangerous. They're [12:27] raising a new generation. They're [12:28] literally killing their own people over [12:31] there. But we're allowing it. We're [12:32] allowing it instead of liberating that [12:34] land, cleaning all that uh environmental [12:37] damage, [12:39] uh taking back our sea. You know, you [12:41] know, the Gaza was was Judah. It was the [12:44] tribe of Judah. Uh and it is not in our [12:47] hands today and it should be in our [12:49] hands. And and the opportunity to evict, [12:54] destroy and evict jihadis was in our [12:57] hands. They gave you every excuse, but [12:59] you didn't take it all the way. Uh you [13:01] took it part of the way like King Saul [13:03] took it part part of the way. And that [13:05] is uh that is just going to we're just [13:08] kicking the can down the road. That's [13:10] all it is. It's just kicking the can [13:11] down the road. And it's a dis it's [13:13] disappointing. And it's not the easy way [13:15] or the hard way. It's the smart way or [13:17] the stupid way or it's the or it's the [13:19] simple way and the unnecessary complex [13:21] way. Unnecessarily complex way. That's [13:23] what we're dealing with. [13:25] >> It'll be done the easy way. [13:27] because we know the ravages of war. We [13:29] know what it means uh to lose people. We [13:32] know the human cost of war. But that [13:36] goal has to be achieved one way or the [13:38] other. And one way or the other, it will [13:41] be achieved. [13:47] In the meantime, when there's a [13:48] ceasefire, it doesn't mean that we're we [13:51] can't do anything. They attack us. [13:53] including yesterday and today, we killed [13:56] 13 terrorists. [13:58] We act in response. [14:00] >> That's what they should have clapped [14:01] for. The the these American Jews were [14:03] like, "Uh, are we supposed to clap for [14:05] uh that we just killed 13 terrorists?" [14:07] Yeah, you're supposed to clap for that. [14:11] Great. Kill bad guys. Get rid of them. [14:13] Don't be embarrassed about that, [14:15] American Jews. Don't be embarrassed [14:16] about Israel destroying bad guys. It's [14:18] good for the world. The world's a better [14:20] place when there's less bad guys. Lovers [14:22] of God must hate evil and eradicate [14:25] evil. [14:27] >> We don't wait. We just do. They don't [14:29] have a free reign. But we are giving [14:32] them the time, giving the ISF, the [14:35] international security force, [14:40] the international security force and the [14:43] u uh the president's board of peace and [14:46] the various groups, various bodies that [14:49] are under it, giving them the [14:51] opportunity to try to do it the easy [14:53] way. Again, we shall see. [14:57] >> What does that even mean? When do [14:58] jihadis do things the easy way? Just [15:01] like silly sounding. Just sounds silly [15:03] to me. It's like, we're giving them a [15:05] chance. WHAT? YOU GAVE THEM LAND. You [15:08] gave them land and let them take over a [15:10] piece of the land of Israel. You gave [15:11] them a chance. Then they mightilized [15:13] you. Like, what else do you want to give [15:16] them? I this this talk of giving them a [15:18] chance. Whatever. I mean, I I'm sure [15:20] that that President Prime Minister [15:22] Netanyahu is just trying to kind of give [15:24] in to President Trump's deal business, [15:26] but come on. Like, don't lie to us. You [15:29] know what I mean? Don't lie to us. It's [15:31] just silly. It's just silly to hear [15:33] like, you know, we're giving them a [15:34] chance. Don't give them a chance. [15:36] There's no reason to give them a chance. [15:38] Give them hell. [15:40] >> And it will be done. Gaza will not pose [15:43] a threat ever again to the [15:45] >> What about posing not a threat? What [15:47] about posing beautiful beaches for the [15:49] for the for the Jewish people and lovers [15:50] of Israel and and residents and citizens [15:53] of the state of Israel to go down and [15:55] visit that beautiful thing instead of [15:56] allowing our land to be to be so gutted [16:00] and and and and full of ruins. It's [16:03] disgusting to me. It makes me cry to see [16:05] my land treated that way. It's not just [16:08] about them not being a threat. What does [16:10] that even mean? The Let me let me let me [16:12] let me simplify it. If it's not in our [16:14] hand, it's going to be a threat. Just be [16:17] real about this thing. Just be real. If [16:18] it's not in our hands, it's going to be [16:20] a threat. Or else it's going to be this [16:22] thing with a fence and a constant army [16:24] presence. We're constantly going to have [16:25] to fight it, you know, and you know, [16:27] make sure it's not a threat, but it's [16:28] kicking the canyon on their own because [16:30] it's going to be a threat if it's not in [16:32] our hands. [16:33] >> State of Israel. [16:38] >> I wouldn't clap for that. [16:40] >> Now, obviously, we have we have other [16:42] fronts. The most important one is the [16:46] front of uh vilification to the Jewish [16:49] state and the Jewish people and the [16:51] rampant anti-semitism which I'll talk [16:53] about in a minute. But u I want to bring [16:56] to your attention what is happening [16:57] because you will not know it if you turn [17:00] on the uh television stations and so on [17:03] depends which of course you wouldn't [17:04] know what is happening here. The most [17:07] important thing that is happening is [17:09] that people are coming to us. Nations [17:11] are coming to us. [17:14] Companies are coming to us. [17:16] Enormous [17:18] economic powers are coming to us. Israel [17:21] has been ranked by the economist, not a [17:24] particular fan of Neo, the state of [17:27] Israel in recent years, but it ranked [17:29] the Israeli economy among the three most [17:32] vibrant economies in the world just now. [17:35] Now, this comes after 2 years of war. [17:39] Two years. It's our longest war. It's [17:42] even longer than the war of [17:43] independence. [17:44] Two years of being savaged in the [17:48] international media and so on, in the UN [17:50] and all these associate bodies. Our [17:52] economy is growing rapidly. Our stock [17:56] market is at an all-time high. The [17:59] shekele versus the dollar is at almost [18:01] at a 30-year high. Inflation is going [18:04] down. There's very little of it. Uh [18:07] interest rates have gone down. Not [18:10] enough more, but it's at 4% now. It'll [18:14] go down further. And the investments in [18:16] Israel are huge. Now, why is that [18:19] happening? One, because we run the [18:22] economy responsibly. We know how to do [18:23] that. Two, because we have the war [18:26] showed. The war showed the prowess of [18:29] Israel, the enormous capacities here. [18:32] the u high-tech deep tech uh [18:35] capabilities that astonish the world [18:38] that is not only in the military field [18:41] it has immediate consequences in the [18:43] civilian field and people understand it [18:46] so they come here now said countries [18:48] come here [18:51] chancellor of Germany was here and his [18:54] initiative we'd like to talk to about [18:57] our defense industry in which they want [18:59] to invest a very very large [19:02] amount of money who's coming here next [19:05] week [19:07] Narendra Modi. Tremendous alliance [19:10] between Israel and U India and we are [19:13] going to discuss all sorts of [19:15] cooperation. [19:17] Now uh you know India is not a small [19:19] country. [19:21] It has 1.5 [19:23] billion people. [19:25] India in India Israel is enormously [19:29] popular. [19:31] enormously popular. Did you know that? [19:34] Yeah, you do. Good. I'm glad you know [19:37] it. But I want all of you to know it. [19:39] And there are other countries that are [19:41] coming to us one after the other. There [19:44] have been there's been a change as you [19:45] know in Latin America. You know the [19:48] first one obviously is the constanty of [19:50] some of our friends. Argentina among [19:53] them a tremendous friend, tremendous [19:55] friend and deserves tremendous applause. [19:59] Mlay, [20:01] but there are others. There's Ecuador [20:03] and Paraguay and Bolivia and so on. I [20:05] think there are about seven countries [20:07] right now and I'm remiss in not calling [20:09] their names, but the number is going all [20:11] the time. Chile [20:13] anymore. No, come on. Tell me what [20:16] >> Panama. Thank you. Others Honduras. Yes. [20:20] So I have I left out anyone? [20:24] >> That's not a Latin American country. [20:27] Yes. [20:28] >> Well, there are more. There are more in [20:30] Asia than you could possibly believe. [20:32] Um, and some of them are reticent about [20:34] it. Some of them are less reticent. Some [20:36] of them are open about it. They're [20:38] coming because Israel [20:40] is a powerful engine. It's a juggernaut [20:44] on innovation and technology that is [20:47] changing the world. [20:50] About 10 years ago, I said that Israel [20:52] be will be among the top three cyber [20:54] powers in the world. I was wrong. [20:58] Well, I was right. But it's number two. [21:01] Israel, tiny Israel, 10 million people, [21:05] receives more foreign investments in [21:07] cyber tech than any other country in the [21:10] world except the United States. I'm [21:13] talking about absolute numbers. That's [21:15] what we did in 10 years. Guess what? [21:18] We're going to do exactly the same thing [21:20] in AI. We just signed a major agreement [21:24] with the United States on AI [21:25] cooperation. We're going to say do the [21:28] same thing in quantum. This is our [21:31] advantage and we pursue it with a [21:33] vengeance. Israel is a very strong [21:37] country coming out of the war. Coming [21:39] out of the war strong economically, [21:41] strong militarily, strong [21:42] technologically, and we intend to be a [21:45] lot stronger. strong militarily, strong [21:49] technologically, [21:52] economically, [21:53] and the third wing is is where Prime [21:56] Minister Netanyahui is always a little [21:57] bit weak cuz he he does not know how to [22:00] play both of these trajectories at the [22:03] same time. The the the third trajectory [22:05] is strong spiritually and and those [22:08] actually complement one another and they [22:10] they work well with one another. um [22:13] strong Tel Aviv, strong [22:17] economics, strong technology, strong [22:20] medicine [22:22] is coupled together with a strong [22:23] military, strong control, strong border [22:26] safety, strong national security and [22:29] then strong spirituality [22:31] where Jerusalem is the heart of the [22:32] world where it pings to the world a [22:35] message of God uh of connecting to the [22:37] Bible of connecting to the path of the [22:39] forefathers and mothers of connecting to [22:41] morality [22:42] uh of family, uh spirituality, Sabbath, [22:46] honoring the forefather, the parents, [22:48] honoring the the your father and mother, [22:50] all of these concepts, they're they're [22:52] they are intertwined. People like Prime [22:54] Minister Netanyahu, he's got a lot of [22:56] strengths. And so far, the stuff that [22:58] he's talking about now about economics [23:00] and Israel being strong, you know, I [23:01] love that stuff. I love it. I I only [23:03] think that we should develop also other [23:05] fields, including medicine. I think that [23:07] we should have be a great medical leader [23:08] in the world. Uh so I agree with that. I [23:11] you know and and I'm I'm you know and I [23:13] think that he himself has a lot to do [23:15] with that. Uh but he doesn't know how to [23:17] talk about you know Jerusalem in the [23:20] same breath. He he he knows how to talk [23:22] about it if he's like in a religious you [23:23] know type of rally but he doesn't know [23:25] how to talk about it in the same breath. [23:27] Jerusalem the spiritual capital of the [23:28] world and that's uh that's a limitation. [23:31] But of course you you know he's a he's a [23:32] great man uh in other ways. Uh I don't [23:36] agree with what he's done in Gaza at [23:37] all. But here's another thing where I [23:39] wish he's a would able to say yes, [23:42] Israel is also a spiritual superpower. [23:44] >> Now, why am I telling you this? Because [23:46] I believe Oh, and by the way, the United [23:49] States uh just issued a security council [23:53] memorandum and it described its vision [23:56] of regional alliances and anchor [23:58] countries and it called Israel, [24:02] you know, the model ally. [24:06] the model ally. [24:09] An ally [24:13] that obviously believes in democratic [24:14] principles but is willing to fight for [24:16] itself. We don't ask for American boots [24:19] on the ground. We develop our own arms [24:21] industry. By the way, that's something I [24:23] discussed too with President Trump with [24:26] deep appreciation for American support [24:28] given over the years by both parties, [24:31] both sides of the aisle for Israel's [24:33] military assistance. But I said just as [24:37] I said when I was first elected uh in [24:39] 1996 first time I was elected I said we [24:43] have come of age economically or we will [24:45] reform our economy with free market [24:48] principles. So we don't really need we [24:51] can afford to give up over a phase [24:53] period the economic aid that we were [24:55] receiving at the time which was [24:57] financial aid which was $1.2 billion. [25:00] That was a lot of money in those days. [25:02] Our GDP per capita at the time was [25:05] $17,000. [25:08] Now it's going to be very soon $65,000 [25:14] per capita and in 10 years we'll have a [25:18] $1 trillion economy. Now that's not a [25:20] huge economy, but it's not a small [25:22] economy either. So we can afford to [25:25] phase out the financial component of the [25:29] military aid that we're receiving. And I [25:31] propose a 10-year draw down to zero [25:35] >> now in the three years that remain in [25:37] the [25:37] >> I mean I think that that's great but I [25:39] don't know I don't like this 10year [25:41] business. If he would have said three [25:43] years you know I think that would have [25:44] been a real like policy that people [25:46] could have been excited about and you [25:47] could have gotten a lot of you know [25:49] anti-Israel folks offer back in the [25:51] United States and or you could have said [25:52] listen and this is the suggestion that [25:54] we've been giving for so many years such [25:56] a simple suggestion. One of the main [25:58] things that that that we're we've [25:59] suggested over and over again is it [26:02] doesn't even matter if America wants to [26:04] put money into a pot for joint defense [26:07] development. Just take it off of the uh [26:11] foreign aid category. Just just put that [26:14] into zero immediately right now. Just be [26:16] like there's no foreign aid from [26:18] America. Israel does not need foreign [26:19] aid. That's done. Not 10 years, not [26:21] three years, nothing. That's done right [26:22] now. There is a kitty. [26:25] There is a fund for joint defense [26:28] development that America's interested in [26:30] because it wants to develop stuff with [26:31] Israel. Just do that right now. If [26:33] you're going to stick to that language [26:35] of bringing foreign aid down to zero, [26:37] don't say 10 years. That's that's too [26:39] long. Make it three years. Like let's [26:41] make it happen. Let's bring it down to [26:43] zero and that's it. And people will [26:44] believe that you can have it done, you [26:46] know, in your next prime ministership if [26:48] you're if you get elected get elected in [26:50] the next term. Uh but I I don't like [26:53] that. And in general, I would say let's [26:55] let's take off foreign a to zero. That's [26:58] what I would say. [26:59] >> President memorandum of understanding [27:00] and another seven years draw it down to [27:02] zero. Israel will support itself and [27:06] does just as we fight for ourselves. At [27:09] the same time, we want to move with the [27:11] United States from aid to partnership [27:14] because we have phenomenally gifted [27:18] technologists and developers of all [27:20] sorts of defense systems and we share it [27:23] with our friend, the irreplaceable [27:25] friend of the United States, but we want [27:27] to have now joint investment. We put in [27:30] one part, they put in equal part and we [27:32] share the fruits. But our goal is to [27:35] build an independent arms industry in [27:37] Israel. I think the car [27:39] >> and that's great. I love that [27:40] independent arms industry. That's [27:42] absolutely key for national security. Uh [27:45] and I love this direction. Uh you know, [27:47] I had this little joke that I used to [27:49] make that Israeli arms should be these [27:52] like guns that within a few moves you [27:55] kind of shift it around and suddenly [27:56] it's a plowshare. You know, we have to [27:58] like be ready to transform them into [28:00] plow shares. Like they got to have that [28:02] ability. It's like, oh look, it's [28:04] actually, you know, a farming tool. And [28:07] then if there's a problem, you go and [28:09] there it is. It's actually, you know, a [28:11] shoot them up gun. Um, but I like this [28:14] idea very much. Again, I like the idea [28:17] of what I I always think in like [28:19] triangles and threes. You know, I like [28:21] the the the triad of military strength [28:25] and prowess in the region, including [28:27] controlling Gaza. Duh. Controlling the [28:29] Sinai Peninsula, controlling the sea [28:32] lanes, controlling all the way to the [28:33] Persian Gulf and to the Mediterranean. [28:35] Uh so military control that's always [28:38] first because when you have military [28:39] control you can be safe and you have [28:41] national security. Then the next thing [28:43] is economic development including trade, [28:47] tourism, medical and obviously AI and [28:50] all that stuff. I would love to see [28:51] Israel become a nuclear energy supplier. [28:56] Uh and then [28:58] beyond that and at the heart of it all [29:00] is a spiritual superpower as well. [29:03] Right? And that spiritual superpower is [29:05] Jerusalem, [29:07] a house of prayer for all nations and [29:09] and a ping and a message to the world to [29:11] come closer to God. Israel cannot just [29:14] be a strong uh uh uh economic power and [29:18] a military power. That's that's missing [29:20] the the thing that is Israel, right? [29:23] Like there's a there is a reason there's [29:24] an Israel in this world and it's not to [29:26] be an America or a China. That's not the [29:29] superpowerness that we are destined uh [29:32] or ta or tasked with doing. Our [29:35] superpowerness is to be a light unto the [29:37] nations, a godly nation, a nation that [29:39] reflects God in this world. And that has [29:41] to be part of the mix. And we need a [29:43] prime minister who could also talk that [29:45] talk. Um [29:48] but you know, thank God for the ones [29:50] that we have [29:50] >> world understand [29:53] what kind of world we enter and that's [29:55] something that we intend to do. I'm [29:57] saying all this about our capacity to [30:01] defend ourselves, our strength, because [30:03] it relates to the last point that I want [30:05] to make to you. [30:07] I think people are probably shocked by [30:10] the uh waves of anti-semitism that are [30:13] sweeping those societies, free [30:15] societies, the United States, Europe, [30:18] Australia, where we had the tragedy on [30:21] the Bondi beach and elsewhere and in [30:24] America itself. [30:26] And that is indeed shocking. [30:29] Well, it isn't necessarily shocking if [30:32] you see the cycles of anti-semitism [30:36] throughout the ages. Yes, anti-semitism [30:40] had a brief respit. It did rest after [30:44] World War II, after the Holocaust, but [30:45] it came back. It was quite prominent [30:48] before World War II. No one here is old [30:51] enough to have known Father Coughlin. [30:57] Do you know who Father Coughlin was? [31:00] >> Do you want to describe to them who [31:02] fathered [31:04] radio audience a lot of [31:07] Detroit? [31:08] >> Yep. Okay. So, some of you are old [31:10] enough. [31:13] >> Well, he was an isolationist. He was a [31:15] rabbid anti-semite and so on. And of [31:17] course, World War II, it was enormously [31:20] powerful. And then came World War II, [31:22] and we know the rest. And now it's [31:24] rearing its [31:27] putrid and ugly head again. Okay, it is. [31:30] But if you look at the course of Jewish [31:32] history, [31:33] then what you see is that this was a [31:36] fairly constant phenomenon. I mean, once [31:38] we had lost our land, once we were [31:41] scattered among the nations, we were [31:44] ready prey. We are ready prey. And [31:50] eventually when there was societal [31:52] change, the Jews always were blamed. And [31:55] we were blamed in antiquity [31:57] 500 years before the uh the birth of [32:00] Christ. People don't know about the [32:02] Henistic. [32:03] >> Yeah. Yeah. Don't don't use that [32:05] terminology, Bster. Uh we don't we don't [32:07] say that. Uh you you know, you could say [32:10] the Christian God. You could say uh you [32:12] know we we don't believe that the [32:16] Christian God is anointed and and I just [32:19] would not use that terminology with Jews [32:21] with anybody. It it it confuses people. [32:24] Don't use that terminology. The other [32:26] thing I want to say is and this is very [32:28] important. Uh I had a realization. I had [32:31] a realization. It's a new realization [32:33] and I'm a little bit scared to put it [32:34] out there because uh of the bad guy that [32:36] I'm talking about. You know, [32:39] the American anti-semmites, they're [32:42] basically positing that there's a [32:44] boogeyman out there called the Zionists [32:46] and the Jews. They control everything. [32:48] They control the media and the banks and [32:49] they're all powerful and all that kind [32:51] of stuff. I started thinking to myself, [32:53] who would be interested in promulgating [32:58] this idea that the Jews control [33:00] everything? Probably [33:02] an entity that is trying to control [33:04] everything. And I mean China, right? [33:07] Imagine like if if if if like if like so [33:10] many Americans are coming to the [33:11] conclusion that China's trying to take [33:12] over everything here. They're listening [33:14] into everything. They're stealing [33:15] technologies. They're doing this that. [33:17] They're doing all these things, right? [33:20] Um and it's like why not blame the Jews? [33:24] That will definitely throw people off [33:26] the scent. Like I want to be like I want [33:28] to be like, "Hey, Tucker Carlson, like [33:30] do you think that the Jews control the [33:33] world and want to undermine America or [33:36] is it China?" Right? Then I'm like, [33:38] "Wow, China really wants to make Israel [33:41] the boogeyman." And I have one proof [33:44] that China is a big anti is is using [33:47] anti-semitism to throw people off the [33:50] scent. They're one of the biggest [33:52] promulgators of anti-semitism. Just [33:53] nobody wants to say it. It's called Tik [33:55] Tok. It's called Tik Tok. So on Tik Tok, [33:58] the usage, there's a lot of [33:59] anti-Israelism. Oh, Israel is dangerous. [34:02] Oh, Israel is trying to control the [34:04] world. Oh, the Jews are trying to [34:05] control the world. That is actually [34:07] being promulgated by the entity that [34:09] really does want to control the world. [34:12] And uh and uh I'm sure it's it's even [34:14] semi-dangerous for me to to talk about [34:16] that. Um [34:20] uh and somebody's as saying to me, I [34:22] just I want to just comment on this. [34:24] Somebody says, "Isha, I know this is [34:25] your channel. However, truth is truth. [34:27] Deny Yeshua and you are dead wrong. The [34:29] moment you understand biblical prophecy [34:31] and understand the Messiah did actually [34:33] come." I'm sorry. I don't uh accept the [34:35] divinity uh of the Christian texts. I [34:39] don't accept the language of a New [34:41] Testament. That name itself is anathema [34:44] to me. Uh I respect and love my brothers [34:47] in in love of God, love of the Bible, [34:51] love of Israel. I respect very much [34:53] anybody that has a theological [34:56] uh outlook uh and and yearns to do what [34:59] God wants and to to understand God. I [35:02] very very much respect that. [35:04] Tremendously respect that. Um and that's [35:06] why I have many many friends and I don't [35:08] need them to convert to my ideology and [35:11] I don't you know and I and those good [35:13] friends of mine don't need me to convert [35:14] to their ideology. We respect one [35:17] another. uh but I will not uh accept [35:20] that and my forefathers and mothers have [35:22] never accept that and uh that um that is [35:26] that is the position of of my of this [35:28] show and and I I if you want I could go [35:31] into a a theological diet tribe about [35:34] why I think so but I'm not going to uh [35:37] because that's not what what what this [35:38] is about. This is about, this show is [35:40] about people want to get closer to God [35:43] through uh the Bible through Israel and [35:46] believe that if they hold on to other [35:48] beliefs, that's their business. But I [35:50] can't allow proitizing on this channel [35:52] uh for for a different position. And [35:54] there's there's many good channels that [35:56] that that do that stuff. I can't do it. [35:58] I'll never do it. And I am here to [36:00] represent authentic Torah Judaism. [36:03] Judaism without ranker without hate for [36:05] anybody else but also without accepting [36:08] uh uh uh proitization and believe me I [36:11] have excellent Christian friends and [36:14] they are my my brothers and sisters it's [36:16] not fake at all it's real all the way to [36:18] the core but on this issue we as [36:21] somebody writes somebody writes here I [36:23] think that's great grateful for you [36:25] shine boundaries absolutely we have [36:27] boundaries and and those those [36:29] Christians that love me they also [36:32] respect my boundaries ries and and we [36:33] have an understanding and I have a [36:35] phrase about this uh which is which yo [36:38] just put up which is let's agree to [36:40] agree. We have so much that we agree on. [36:43] Let's talk about that. As you can see by [36:45] the way I also have uh uh uh many things [36:47] that I feel about Prime Minister [36:48] Netanyahu. Many things I respect him and [36:50] I'm able to keep that respect but [36:52] there's things that I completely [36:53] strongly disagree with him and I think [36:54] that he's been very weak on and both are [36:56] true and you can't have both of these [36:59] things at the same time. All right, [37:00] let's give uh Prime Minister Netanyahu a [37:03] chance to finish off his spee finish off [37:05] his speech that he gave today for the [37:09] uh conference of presidents of major [37:11] Jewish organizations that have their [37:13] yearly conference here in Jerusalem. [37:16] anti-semitism that was here in the [37:19] diaspora [37:21] and then what happened in the middle [37:22] ages you are familiar with and it [37:25] happened in modern times and these [37:28] attacks on the Jews were always preceded [37:30] by vilification horrible vilifications [37:33] that even so-called civilized and [37:36] educated people u adhere to the Jews [37:39] poison the wells the Jews spo spread [37:42] vermin the Jews uh [37:45] slaughter for Christian children to use [37:47] their blood for baking matzas. And this [37:50] goes into modern times. The Nazis [37:52] basically said the same thing. [37:54] And all these these uh by two parations, [37:58] all these slanders were always [38:00] accompanied eventually by either exile [38:03] or uh pilgrims [38:07] or mass murder. [38:09] That's what happened to the Jews one [38:11] country after the after the other into [38:13] modern times. [38:15] Uh I think the great change in Jewish [38:17] history was brought about by the I don't [38:20] think the great change in Jewish history [38:23] which Herzel Herzel saw very clearly was [38:26] that when the Jews have their own [38:28] independent state they will have the [38:30] independent power to roll back the [38:33] physical attacks against us. We suffered [38:36] during the diaspora from two things that [38:39] converged and created enormous and [38:41] repeated tragedy. We were at once [38:44] prominent [38:47] and weak. And when you are both [38:49] prominent and weak, you invite a human [38:53] quality that happens between individuals [38:56] but also between nations. It's called [38:58] envy. [39:00] And when you envy someone and you can [39:02] attack them, then you do. And that is [39:05] essentially the story of the Jew. It's a [39:07] simplification of anti-semitism, but it [39:11] tells you a great deal of what [39:13] underpinned it. Well, with the rise of [39:15] Israel, [39:17] the Jewish state is definitely [39:18] prominent, but it is no longer weak. On [39:22] October 7th, they thought they do a [39:25] holocaust on us. That was the goal. If [39:26] they could get away with it, they'd [39:29] murder every last person, every last [39:32] woman, child, infant that they could, [39:34] which is what they did. But we rolled [39:37] them back after day one with horrible [39:40] consequences. We lost,200 innocent [39:42] people. [39:44] In the Holocaust, October 7th happened [39:47] every day [39:49] 5,000 times. [39:51] 5,000 times. [39:54] We don't let a day of such tragedy go [39:57] by. We rolled back our enemies. We're in [40:00] the process of destroying uh the [40:02] remaining of that terror axis. We can [40:05] fight back and countries are coming to [40:07] us because we have that strength and I [40:10] submit to you that that strength [40:14] is something that we have to display in [40:16] every country in Australia in Europe in [40:20] the United States everywhere. [40:23] I say to you in front of these v [40:25] >> I I I I I like everything he's saying [40:27] here, Prime Minister saying, but I just [40:29] want to say that had we uh bombed the [40:32] Rafa crossing so that folks could escape [40:36] out of there. Uh had we turned off the [40:38] electricity and the water uh and the gas [40:41] that powered the turbines of the tunnels [40:43] and had forced people to come up. Uh had [40:46] we uh fought the the combatants and [40:48] destroyed them utterly? uh had we fought [40:51] this war in such a way as that we took [40:53] control of the Gaza Strip in Toto in in [40:56] a matter of weeks and cleared out the [40:58] the jihad, had we shown no mercy to the [41:01] jihadists [41:03] and ended up being uh with with zero [41:06] jihadists in the Gaza Strip and then [41:07] Jewish control, had we proclaimed that [41:10] the disengagement was wrong and a [41:12] mistake uh and that we're rolling back [41:15] that doctrine, I'm telling you, there [41:16] would be a lot less anti-semitism in the [41:18] world. the world would be stunned and [41:20] anti-semmites would be like, "Whoa, [41:22] whoa, Israel's really powerful and just, [41:25] you know, just put my head down because [41:26] there's no point in fighting the Jews. [41:28] They're strong." Had we had we done [41:30] those things, we'd have much less [41:32] anti-semitism. The fact that we have [41:34] anti-semitism is really due to uh a few [41:38] factors. One of them is that the [41:39] anti-semmites planted uh a campaign that [41:43] we did not foresee, which means our [41:45] intelligence failed in in this [41:47] non-kinetic but very powerful narrative [41:50] war. Uh and the other thing is that we [41:52] were not as strong as we could have [41:54] been. Uh and the fact that there's [41:57] jihadis in Gaza uh give anti-semmites [42:01] a sense that they could still defeat the [42:02] Jewish state. So we could have done more [42:05] to [42:06] in the very vein that the prime minister [42:09] is talking about. We could have had a [42:11] different position had we really utterly [42:12] destroyed uh the bad guys uh after the [42:15] 7th of October [42:16] >> ifications do not cower [42:20] do not bend. Do not bow your head. Fight [42:23] back because people respect those who [42:26] respect themselves. and the minorities [42:28] that fought back, whether it's the [42:30] blacks or the gays or women, they fought [42:32] back. And what we have to do as Jews, [42:35] both here in Israel and in the various [42:38] Jewish communities around the world, [42:40] beginning with the United States, is to [42:42] fight back. Silence will not help. [42:46] Looking at scanks will not help. Fight [42:48] back. That's what I tell you. That's [42:50] what I tell young Jewish students that I [42:51] meet. I'm very proud of them when I meet [42:53] them. I see that they have this inner [42:56] fire, [42:58] but it must be a policy. We fight back. [43:00] There's going to be a media war. There's [43:02] a digital war. Yes, I know all of that. [43:05] And we're we're going to fight it [43:06] together. But the most important thing [43:09] is that you uh are willing. God, I hate [43:12] to borrow this phrase. Fight, fight, [43:14] fight. You have to fight back. The first [43:18] requirement to defeat anti-semitism is [43:20] to fight anti-semitism. [43:23] It's the only way. There's no other way. [43:25] We do so obviously on the battlefield [43:28] and the physical manifestations of those [43:31] who want to slaughter us and we're very [43:33] successful in. But we have to do it on [43:36] the information level or the [43:37] disinformation level as well. And I [43:40] guarantee you that if we do so, the [43:42] Jewish future as you see in this [43:44] remarkable state, the Jewish state, the [43:47] state of our people will have a [43:50] remarkable future. We will see you next [43:52] year in Jerusalem. Thank you very much. [43:57] >> All right. Very special to uh hear from [43:59] the prime minister speaking in English [44:01] and such with such clarity. Uh that is [44:04] really a cool thing to uh and this [44:06] happened just a few hours ago. Uh and I [44:09] think the messages are powerful. Uh and [44:11] I think I added a few messages [44:13] especially about Jerusalem and Israel [44:15] being a spiritual superpower. And you [44:17] know, he made a whole speech there [44:20] without mentioning God. And that to me [44:22] is, [44:24] you know, that's not strength. That that [44:27] that's kind of um it's a kind of [44:29] weakness. Uh if you talk about Israel [44:31] being strong economically, militarily, [44:33] and you you know, you can't stop and [44:36] say, "Listen, the God of Israel, he made [44:38] this happen, and and yes, we have these [44:40] problems, these problems, this we're [44:41] going to solve it, but God gave us the [44:43] strength." And that's the secret sauce. [44:46] The secret sauce is simple. [44:52] Push forward. [44:54] Do what you can. Be strong. Be smart. Be [44:58] powerful. Have good policies. Build [45:02] and live and be alive. And I'm Israel. [45:06] But then look up and say, "Thank you, [45:07] God, for the strength. You have given me [45:09] the strength." It's easy. It's really [45:12] easy. Uh it it's easy to do that. And [45:15] and here's a whole speech about a [45:17] 30-minut speech, but there was no room [45:19] to say and Baroo Hashem, you know, thank [45:22] Hashem. We were we we had an amazing uh [45:24] you know, we had amazing victory and our [45:26] economy is doing well. It's it's God's [45:28] blessings at the end. He's protecting us [45:30] at the end. He's protecting us. Uh God [45:33] is giving us these blessings and he's [45:35] giving us the blessings through the [45:37] stuff that I said through the stuff. [45:40] Yes. It's through see and and this is [45:43] this is where uh westernism [45:46] uh has had a problem which is that it [45:48] ran into a problem when science came [45:51] around. Westernism was like whoa well we [45:53] don't need it we don't need religion [45:54] anymore because it's answered all the [45:56] questions. No [45:59] science technology economy these are all [46:03] gifts of God. The world is created in [46:06] it's his science. It's his world. It's [46:08] his economy. It's his blessings. And so, [46:11] uh, it's easy to, uh, to add just that [46:14] one component. And so, Prime Minister [46:16] Netanyahu could really, uh, do just a [46:18] little bit more to be able to say, you [46:20] know, hey, um, um, you know, he God is [46:25] doing it and and we have a nation that's [46:28] following the keeping the Sabbath and [46:30] and and and we and we go three times a [46:33] year to Jerusalem and that's part of it [46:36] as well as well. And that's the parallel [46:39] tracks of spirituality, [46:42] economy, and and military.
