Transcript [00:00] Did you know that if you visit the Holy [00:02] Land today and you buy a nativity set [00:04] from Bethlehem, you could be arrested if [00:07] you happen to fly back to Amsterdam and [00:10] you might even spend up to 6 years in [00:13] prison. That's right. It is now a [00:14] criminal act to be pro-Israel in the [00:17] Netherlands. This is the Israel guys. [00:22] So yesterday, US ambassador to Israel [00:24] Mike Huckabe posted the following on X [00:27] quote. There were some people from [00:28] Netherlands in our church this morning [00:30] who are flying back tomorrow and have to [00:32] check their souvenirs to make sure they [00:34] aren't from Judea or Samaria. Possible [00:37] six-year prison term. A nativity set [00:40] from Bethlehem could put you in prison. [00:42] Insane. What he's referring to is a new [00:46] law that was recently passed in the [00:48] Netherlands that prohibits goods from [00:51] Judea and Samaria from being brought [00:52] back into the country. If you're Dutch, [00:55] you go to Israel, you buy a souvenir [00:57] like maybe a chocolate bar or a [01:00] container of olives from Judea, Samaria, [01:03] or it gets even worse, the Goolan [01:06] Heights, or certain parts of Jerusalem, [01:08] you could be arrested and spend up to 6 [01:10] years in prison. Uh, so the ambassador, [01:12] Ambassador Huckabe, was responding to a [01:14] statement by international law expert [01:16] Eugene Karovich, who said, quote, [01:18] "According to this account, Dutch [01:20] authorities sent all passengers on an LL [01:22] flight arriving in Amsterdam for a [01:24] customs inspection to see if they had [01:26] evil products from Jerusalem, the Golan, [01:29] or other settlements in their suitcase." [01:32] A real outrage. So according to Arouch [01:34] Cheva, the law states quote that or the [01:37] law quote prohibits the purchase, sale [01:39] and import of products originating in [01:42] Israeli communities in Judea and Samaria [01:44] as well as commercial services [01:46] facilitating such transactions. There [01:48] are now reports that the Netherlands has [01:51] started enforcing this ban any goods [01:53] from Israeli villages at the airport. [01:56] They've actually have checkpoints set up [01:59] that are even more stringent and strict [02:01] than your normal uh customs uh [02:04] checkpoints that you go through uh in [02:05] the airport, including checking incoming [02:08] passengers personal luggage. Not just [02:10] your check suitcase, but they're going [02:12] to check your backpacks. They're going [02:14] to check your briefcases. They're going [02:15] to check your carry on luggage. [snorts] [02:18] But it gets even worse. There are [02:20] reports that passengers arriving in [02:22] Amsterdam from Tel Aviv have reported [02:24] being searched for products that [02:25] originated in Israeli towns and villages [02:27] from Judea and Samaria, East Jerusalem, [02:30] or the Golan Heights. Did you hear that? [02:34] The Golan Heights, that uh section of [02:36] the north of Israel overlooking the Sea [02:38] of Galilee, right on the Syrian border, [02:41] that's 100% part of Israel. There's no [02:43] difference between the Golan Heights and [02:45] Tel Aviv. But if you go up there and you [02:48] buy a chocolate bar, then you might be [02:50] arrested when you go back to the [02:52] Netherlands. There are even reports of [02:53] passengers being stopped in their bag [02:55] search, even if they didn't declare [02:57] anything in customs. That means, that's [02:59] right, you could have a backpack on your [03:00] back and you don't have any checked [03:02] luggage, you have nothing declaring [03:03] customs, and you're just walking out of [03:05] the airport and you get pulled aside, [03:08] uh, thrown up against the wall. No, I [03:10] don't know if it's really that bad, but [03:11] more or less you're like treated like a [03:13] criminal when you're coming back in your [03:14] own country and they're pulling your [03:16] bags off searching you just to make sure [03:19] you don't have that chocolate bar in [03:21] your backpack. Just to make sure you [03:24] understand this clearly, free people [03:26] flying back into their own country being [03:29] stopped like common criminals. [03:31] backpacks, briefcases, all being [03:34] searched to make sure they don't have [03:35] dates, container of olives, heaven [03:38] forbid, a bar of chocolate from the land [03:40] of Israel. The Golan Heights, they are [03:43] part of the sovereign sovereign state of [03:44] Israel. Both declared so by Israel [03:47] themselves, which is all it takes, by [03:48] the way, folks. Golan has always been a [03:50] part of the territory of Israel for [03:52] years and years and years. Israel just [03:53] had to declare sovereign law there and [03:56] recognized by the United States. There's [03:58] no difference between the Golan and any [04:01] other part of Israel. Dutch customs is [04:04] saying that the rules for this new law [04:06] apply to all products originating from [04:08] Jewish businesses in these areas, [04:10] including gifts and souvenirs. Not just [04:13] if you are a business importing [04:15] something into the country, but if [04:17] you're a tourist and you pick up a [04:18] souvenir and you just happen to buy it [04:20] from the wrong business or the wrong [04:22] vendor or the wrong shop. What if you're [04:24] in the old city of Jerusalem or you're [04:25] on Ben Yehuda Street, you're on Jaffa [04:27] Street, which is not necessarily uh part [04:30] of this, although the old city is [04:32] technically part of East Jerusalem. What [04:34] if you just buy it uh from the wrong [04:36] business and you don't even know it? Or [04:38] what if that business maybe got it from [04:40] a business in Bethlehem? What if they [04:42] what if you're in the old city of [04:44] Jerusalem and you buy a nativity scene [04:47] from let's say an Arab shop in the Arab [04:50] quarter and they got it from uh [04:53] Bethlehem and it just has a sticker that [04:55] says like made in the West Bank or made [04:57] in Judea and Samaria and you go to the [04:59] Netherlands and they don't know that it [05:01] came from Bethlehem or from an Arab shop [05:03] and so uh and so maybe it's allowed to [05:06] circumvent the new law and you get [05:08] arrested and spend 6 years in jail. What [05:10] what if you just have the wrong sticker? [05:12] What if you just uh bought it from the [05:14] wrong source or the wrong business? Even [05:16] if you're in like the old city of [05:18] Jerusalem, [05:19] if they deem that you are an intentional [05:22] violator of the rules, you can be [05:24] charged and serve jail time up to 6 [05:26] years, as I already mentioned. if they [05:28] deem so. That means if they decide you [05:31] intentionally bought that bar of [05:32] chocolate from Hebrron or from uh I [05:37] don't know, Ariel or from Ephrat or or [05:40] East Jerusalem, then you could spend [05:42] jail time. As I understand it, this law [05:45] only applies to products that originate [05:47] in Jewish areas or towns in Jerusalem, [05:49] Judea, East Jerusalem, uh Judea, [05:51] Samaria, East Jerusalem, or the Golden [05:53] Heights. Um, and it does if it does come [05:56] from a quote Palestinian business, then [05:59] you're fine. But the question is, how in [06:00] the world would they know? Because [06:02] there's several million people in Judea [06:04] and Samaria, including Jews and Arabs. [06:07] But they're all mixed in. There's [06:08] there's a town, you know, Arab towns [06:10] here, Jewish city here, Arab city here, [06:13] uh, and then a Jewish part of the city [06:15] there, like Hebrron. If it's a sticker [06:17] that says, quote, West Bank, then you're [06:19] fine. I don't know. If it says Judea, [06:21] then they'll confiscate it and you'll be [06:23] arrested. I have no idea. As Eugene [06:25] Kurovich pointed out, they literally [06:27] will have to differentiate street by [06:30] street by street in these areas of the [06:33] products that they're looking at in your [06:34] backpack when you're in the airport [06:36] because there's several million Jews and [06:38] Arabs who live here. And like I [06:39] mentioned, cities, towns, villages, [06:41] farms, businesses, tourist locations. [06:44] What about the Tel Shilo? Like the [06:46] ancient tabernacle site of Shilo? It's [06:48] right next to the highway. It's like [06:49] it's kind of its own thing. It's not [06:51] even part of a Jewish village, right? [06:53] They're all sprinkled in. What if you [06:55] buy a Star of David necklace from Shiloh [06:58] and you come back? Well, could get [07:00] arrested. This is an absolute nightmare [07:03] in the making. Guys, real quick. So, thankfully, [08:02] Israel's foreign ministry is already [08:04] taking action against the Netherlands. [08:06] Foreign Minister Gideon Gideon Sahar [08:08] announced yesterday that Dutch diplomats [08:10] who are operating in Ramla have received [08:13] notice to return their Israeli issued [08:15] diplomatic documentation within 7 days. [08:19] The ministry stated that this is in [08:21] response to this new boycott from the [08:24] Netherlands. After receiving uh or after [08:26] having their diplomatic documentation [08:28] confiscated, the Dutch embassy in Israel [08:30] has been informed their diplomatic [08:32] immunity and privileges will expire at [08:35] the end of this 7-day period. Good for [08:38] you, Israel. Uh, Israel National News [08:40] reported that, quote, "The foreign [08:42] ministry clarified that the Netherlands [08:44] may continue representing its interests [08:46] with the Palestinian Authority, provided [08:48] its diplomatic personnel operate from [08:50] Palestinian Authority territory rather [08:52] than Israeli territory." Uh, and if you [08:56] didn't catch that, basically Israel is [08:58] removing their official uh, diplomatic [09:02] immunity and license and permitting to [09:05] Dutch diplomats for them to operate out [09:08] of the Palestinian Authority. not for [09:10] them to operate out of Israel, but to [09:11] operate out of the Palestinian Authority [09:12] because Israel is the one that is [09:15] actually helping all of these uh you [09:18] know foreign nations to operate uh [09:20] diplom on a diplomatic level with the [09:22] PLO and the Palestinian Authority. You [09:24] should probably stop and think about [09:25] that for a second. international [09:27] diplomats who want to have diplomatic [09:28] ties with the Palestinian entity in [09:32] Judea and Samaria, they have they they [09:34] do it through the state of Israel [09:35] because for decades all cooperation uh [09:39] and help that those countries and you [09:41] know operating in and out of the [09:42] Palestinian Authority comes through [09:43] Israel. That's how pathetic the [09:45] Palestinian Authority is. They don't [09:47] even have the ability to offer anything [09:49] to these other countries. They have to [09:51] be propped up by Israel just like Israel [09:53] provides water, electricity, collects [09:56] their taxes, and everything else. If it [09:58] weren't for Israel, the Palestinian [10:00] Authority would have collapsed years and [10:02] years and years ago. To understand just [10:05] how horrendous this new law is, I want [10:07] to read you another statement by Eugene [10:09] Kurovich, who happens to be a law lawyer [10:12] and an inter international law expert. [10:14] He said, quote, "The Netherlands are [10:16] banning Israelis from bringing with them [10:18] to Fillain, made in the holy city of [10:20] Hebrron, where Jews have lived for [10:21] millennia." By the way, there are ruins [10:23] in Hebrron that date back to the time of [10:26] Abraham. It's some of the oldest [10:27] archaeology in the entire world. Seen [10:30] it, stood there myself. Uh he Eugene [10:33] goes on to say, quote, "Prayer books [10:35] from Jerusalem, and anyone with any [10:37] Israeli goods must prove they're not [10:39] from an illegal settlement. This will [10:42] impose massive burdens on American Jews [10:44] as well as American companies. The [10:47] Netherlands is quickly becoming one of [10:49] the most anti-Semitic countries in [10:51] Europe. Guys, 1938 was not that long [10:54] ago. Back then, Jews were slowly [10:56] labeled. Jewish products were labeled [10:58] and then it was illegal to do business [11:00] with Jews and Jewish businesses. Then [11:01] Jews were kicked out of workplaces, [11:03] schools, and government institutions. [11:05] Then they were pushed into ghettos. Then [11:07] they were deprived of basic necessities. [11:09] And we all know how the story ended. The [11:12] concentration camps where 6 million Jews [11:14] were murdered and killed. And if you [11:16] don't think that's what's h what is [11:17] happening today is a downward spiral [11:19] right back to 1938 in the Holocaust, you [11:22] might want to think again because Jewish [11:24] products are again being labeled. Jewish [11:26] products are again being banned in the [11:28] Netherlands. And if you're caught with a [11:30] David Star or if you're caught with a [11:32] prayer book or a prayer shaw that you [11:34] purchased in Israel, you could go to [11:35] prison for six years in the Netherlands. [11:38] What's next? All Jewish symbols and [11:40] products being banned in the [11:42] Netherlands. Jews being kicked out of [11:43] the country? Doesn't sound that far off [11:46] to me. I know there are pro-Israel Dutch [11:49] citizens cuz I've met them here in the [11:50] land of Israel. I uh heard from a friend [11:53] yesterday that Norway already has [11:55] legislation on the docket that is [11:56] similar to the Netherlands. They're f [11:59] trying their best to follow suit. I [12:01] would assume that France, United [12:03] Kingdom, Ireland, other European [12:05] countries not that far behind either. [12:08] So, this is my very simple message to [12:10] you. If you live in the Netherlands, [12:12] fight this law. If you live in Norway, [12:16] fight against this legislation that's [12:17] currently in the process of being voted [12:19] in. If you live in another European [12:21] country that's not far behind, rise up. [12:24] And if you're Jewish in any European [12:26] country, please get out and come home to [12:28] Israel. They're waiting for you, and [12:30] they're the only nation in the world [12:32] where you will be safe. as a quote uh [12:36] widely attributed to Edmund Burke once [12:38] said, quote, "The only thing necessary [12:40] for the triumph of evil is for good men [12:43] to do nothing." The Holocaust killed 6 [12:46] million Jews. The world stood by and did [12:48] nothing. October 7th was over 30 times [12:50] worse than 9/11, and the world stood by [12:54] and did nothing. In fact, the opposite. [12:56] Global Jew hatred has gotten [12:58] exponentially worse since October 7th, [13:01] less than 3 years ago. There are however [13:04] good people in every generation who are [13:06] willing to stand in the face of evil. [13:08] And if you believe in the God of [13:10] Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. And if you [13:11] believe in the Bible, and if you believe [13:13] in an everlasting covenant made with [13:15] Israel, then I encourage you to stand [13:17] up. The time has come to do something. [13:21] If you want to do something simple and [13:23] easy today, guys, make sure to pick up [13:24] your very own Temple Mount Messiah [13:26] patch. Link in the description below.
