Transcript [00:00] Hey everyone. [00:01] So, I want to talk about something that [00:03] just happened twice in the last 2 weeks [00:06] and almost nobody in the media is [00:09] talking about it or or at least they're [00:10] not connecting the dots. These are [00:12] certainly headlines, but they're not [00:13] connecting the dots and something big is [00:15] happening. [00:16] Both Columbia and Peru had elections. [00:20] Take a look at these headlines here. [00:21] These are the people who won. [00:23] Trump-endorsed de la Espriella declared [00:25] winner of Columbia's presidential runoff [00:27] election. We also had in Peru, Keiko [00:29] Fujimori secures victory in Peru's [00:32] presidential election. [00:34] So, why is this important? Why am I [00:36] making a video about the elections in [00:38] Columbia and Peru? Well, in both of them [00:40] the candidate who won is openly and [00:43] explicitly pro-Israel. In Columbia, as I [00:46] said, Abelardo de la Espriella won the [00:48] runoff on June 21st and within hours of [00:51] taking the congratulatory call from [00:54] Israel's Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar, [00:57] Espriella said that Columbia would, [00:59] quote, restore and strengthen its [01:01] relationship with the state of Israel [01:03] like never before. That Israel can count [01:06] on Columbia as a loyal friend and a [01:09] steadfast ally. Now, this guy is [01:11] replacing Gustavo Petro. Petro didn't [01:15] just criticize Israel, he severed [01:18] diplomatic ties with the Jewish state [01:20] entirely. This is a complete reversal. [01:23] And a week before that, Peru elected [01:25] Keiko Fujimori. [01:27] And her camp has been signaling that she [01:30] wants to deepen security and [01:31] intelligence cooperation with Israel. [01:34] She wants to model her approach to crime [01:36] and terror on what Israel does. She's [01:39] saying that openly. Now, here's the [01:41] thing. If it were just Columbia and [01:43] Peru, we could say maybe it's okay, it's [01:45] two countries, it's a bit of a [01:46] coincidence, but it's not. And that's [01:48] why I made this video. Because what [01:50] we're seeing in these two countries with [01:52] a pro-Israel right-wing [01:54] candidate being elected is now the [01:57] dominant trend across that entire [02:00] continent. Let's go down the list. I [02:02] want you to notice something as I go. [02:04] Now, notice how recent almost all of [02:06] this is. In Argentina, that's the most [02:09] famous one. That's Javier Milei. He's [02:11] the most outspoken of all of them. He [02:13] stood at the Western Wall in Jerusalem [02:16] and said that his support for Israel, [02:18] quote, comes from the heart. He called [02:20] it a just cause, the cause of the West. [02:23] In April, he signed what's being called [02:25] the Isaac Accords with Prime Minister [02:27] Netanyahu and pledged to move [02:30] Argentina's embassy to Jerusalem. [02:32] Milei took office at the end of 2023. [02:36] And then let's go to Ecuador. Daniel [02:38] Noboa was reelected this past February. [02:41] He stood in Jerusalem and told Netanyahu [02:43] directly, "We share the same enemies. [02:46] You will always have my support." [02:48] Ecuador has has formally designated [02:51] Hamas, Hezbollah, and the IRGC as [02:53] terrorist organizations. In Panama, Jose [02:57] Raul Mulino, [02:58] he [03:00] he's also a pro-Israel candidate and [03:02] well, head of state, and he's only been [03:03] in office since the middle of 2024. [03:07] All very recent. [03:09] He always you know, he votes on Israel's [03:11] behalf in the UN. In Bolivia, Rodrigo [03:14] Paz Pereira, [03:16] elected just last October. [03:18] He pulled Bolivia out of the Hague Group [03:21] and ended a long diplomatic freeze with [03:24] Israel. Now, if you don't [03:26] you should. It's a coalition of mostly [03:28] global South countries founded in [03:30] January 2025, about a year and a half [03:33] ago, that coordinates legal and [03:35] diplomatic action against Israel. That's [03:37] the whole point of it. Uh arms [03:39] embargoes, port bans, [03:41] pushing the International Criminal Court [03:43] arrest warrants against Netanyahu, all [03:45] that stuff. That's the Hague Group. They [03:47] push that stuff. Bolivia was one of the [03:50] the founding members of the Hague Group, [03:52] and then So then when when um um [03:55] when when Paz Pereira came in, he's [03:58] like, "No, no, no, no, no." [03:59] He pulled He's He pulled Bolivia out. [04:02] This isn't just Bolivia warming up to [04:04] Israel. This is a founding member of the [04:07] anti-Israel legal coalition saying, [04:09] "We're out." under the new guy. And then [04:12] in Honduras, we have Tito Asfura, who [04:14] was just elected in November of this [04:16] past year. And he ended a 16-year freeze [04:20] in diplomatic relations with Israel. And [04:22] Honduras, like Bolivia, was a founding [04:24] member of the Hay Group and left in [04:27] March. [04:28] And then in Chile, José Antonio Kast was [04:31] just elected in December. [04:34] And this one's personal for him. He He [04:36] spent his campaign hammering his [04:38] predecessor Boric for excluding Israel [04:41] from an air show, and he called it [04:43] anti-Semitic and ideological. Kast has [04:45] already told President Herzog of Israel [04:48] that he's returning Chile's ambassador [04:50] after he had been recalled by the [04:52] previous guy. [04:53] And in Costa Rica, we have Laura [04:55] Fernández Delgado, who took office just [04:57] in February and has just signed a free [04:59] trade deal with Israel. [05:03] And of course, Peru and Colombia that we [05:04] just mentioned in the last couple weeks. [05:08] Add to that the ones who've been [05:10] pro-Israel for a while and have never [05:11] wavered. Bukele in El Salvador, who said [05:14] who after October 7th said plainly that [05:16] anyone who supports Hamas is is like [05:18] someone It's like a Salvadoran siding [05:21] with MS-13. [05:22] And he condemned them. [05:24] He's pro-Israel. And in Paraguay and [05:26] Guatemala, who both already have their [05:28] embassies in Jerusalem, [05:30] that's what? 11 or 12 heads of state, [05:32] almost all of them elected just in the [05:34] last 2 and 1/2 years. [05:37] So this is a wave [05:39] in South and Central America. [05:41] So why is this happening? Why right now? [05:45] Why specifically in this part of the [05:47] world? [05:48] Cuz it's it it [05:49] this is unavoidable. [05:51] It's this wave. These were all countries [05:53] that were governed by the left before. [05:55] So, here's my read on it. [05:58] Let's go back to Europe for a second. [06:00] You have Victor Orban who governed [06:02] Hungary for a while, just was ousted. [06:04] But, the Orban supporters in Hungary, [06:07] Vox [snorts] [06:08] in Spain, that's the conservative [06:09] Christian [06:11] uh right-wing party, [06:13] uh the nationalist party, Wilders, Geert [06:15] Wilders in the Netherlands, the Le Pen [06:17] supporters in France. I've said this [06:18] before in on this channel. [06:20] All over the world, the populist [06:22] nationalist Christian conservative right [06:25] is pro-Israel. And that breaks an old [06:28] paradigm [06:29] that a lot of Jews, a lot of pro-Israel [06:32] people are a little slow to understand, [06:34] but it breaks an important paradigm. [06:36] That's why they're slow to understand [06:37] it. The assumption used to be that the [06:39] hard right was where anti-Semitism [06:41] lived, and the left was where Jews were [06:43] safe. And that paradigm is dead. [06:46] It's and it's been replaced by something [06:48] which is [06:50] it's much more honest, in my opinion. [06:52] It's much more real. Let me explain. [06:56] You see, what's happening in Latin [06:58] America [06:59] is [07:01] it's it [07:02] there's an instinct at work here. [07:05] In Latin America, the alternative to the [07:08] nationalist conservative right [07:11] isn't a moderate center-left party. It's [07:13] not like the Democratic Party in the [07:14] United States. It's usually an actual [07:17] Marxist or socialist movement. Like [07:20] Petro, um [07:22] uh Boric before Kast beat him in Chile, [07:25] Lula in Brazil right now is a Marxist. [07:27] And these conservative nationalist, [07:29] often devoutly Christian voters and [07:31] leaders have figured something out that [07:35] a lot of Western a lot of Western [07:37] commentators and Western politicians and [07:39] Western electorate [07:42] in like the US and elsewhere have have [07:45] don't quite get [07:48] or they don't say it out loud if they [07:49] get it [07:50] that there is an alliance [07:52] the red-green alliance, the alliance [07:54] between the Marxists and the Islamists. [07:59] We know about that alliance. [08:01] They they they are anti-biblical [08:03] civilization, the idea of of a morally [08:06] free individual answerable to God rather [08:09] than to the party or the state or the [08:11] caliphate. [08:13] Right? That that's what they're that [08:15] that is what they're opposed to, the [08:16] Marxists and the Islamists. [08:20] When these leaders that I've talked [08:22] about here in South and Central America [08:27] like Wilders and Orbán and and Vox and [08:29] others in Europe, when they look at the [08:31] Middle East [08:33] the choice is not abstract or vague. [08:37] Right? They're not thinking of about [08:38] Israel as some far-off policy question. [08:40] They're looking at their own backyard, [08:42] their own narco-terror networks [08:45] which are often this combination of you [08:48] know, like Hezbollah's involved in them. [08:50] They know who's involved in them. [08:52] The human trafficking networks. [08:54] They look at the radical movements that [08:56] talk the language of liberation while [08:58] aligning with Hamas and and the Islamic [09:01] Republic. [09:03] They recognize the pattern immediately. [09:05] They see their socialist Marxist heads [09:08] of state when they're in power and [09:10] political figures [09:11] openly aligning themselves with Iran. [09:15] Openly aligning themselves with Hamas. [09:17] So to to these Christian conservatives [09:20] in these countries, standing with Israel [09:22] is a no-brainer. [09:24] It's standing against the same [09:26] civilizational enemy that they're [09:27] fighting at home. [09:30] Now, I want to make a point here about [09:31] Brazil because Brazil proves that this [09:34] this this isn't even about who's holding [09:35] office. It's about where the energy is. [09:37] You see, Lula is in power right now. [09:40] That election was probably stolen from [09:41] Bolsonaro. That's a whole other story. [09:43] There was a lot of shenanigans in the [09:45] final in the vote counting of that [09:46] election. But nevertheless, Lula is very [09:49] hostile to Israel. But the Bolsonaro [09:51] movement [09:53] and right now that means not Jair [09:55] Bolsonaro, who was president, but his [09:56] son Flavio. Flavio Bolsonaro is [09:58] currently running. [10:00] There's and they have elections in [10:01] October and he is very pro-Israel. [10:05] And he's polling competitively. [10:07] And the Bolsonaro base in Brazil [10:10] is exactly the same this same coalition. [10:13] They're nationalist, they're [10:14] conservative, they're deeply Christian, [10:16] and they're instinctively pro-Israel and [10:18] just as extinct instinctively [10:21] anti-Marxist. [10:22] Let me show you something amazing about [10:24] the Bolsonaro coalition here. [10:27] This is a a video clip. [10:29] Um this is from a this is from a few [10:32] years ago. This is from late 2023. This [10:35] is an anti-Lula, pro-Bolsonaro protest. [10:38] It had The protest had nothing to do [10:40] with Israel. Okay? This is an [10:42] anti-socialism, [10:43] pro-Bolsonaro mass demonstration. But I [10:47] want to show you something amazing. Look [10:48] at this screen. Look at these crowd [10:50] shots. That's an Israeli flag. That's an [10:52] Israeli flag. [10:56] See these Israeli flags here? 1 2 3. And [10:58] then there's another one right here. [11:00] There's another Israeli flag. They're [11:01] all over the place. And this isn't the [11:03] only clip you could find. You could find [11:04] many clips of many different [11:06] pro-Bolsonaro [11:08] rallies [11:10] from all over the world. [11:12] And I'm sorry, not not from all over the [11:13] world, from all over Brazil. I mean, [11:15] you'll find clips from all over the [11:16] place from all from from different time [11:18] periods. But at pro-Bolsonaro rallies in [11:21] Argent in in Brazil, people bring [11:23] Israeli flags. Why do they bring Israeli [11:25] flags if they're it's anti-socialism, [11:27] pro-Bolsonaro, they're in Brazil? Why do [11:28] they bring Israeli flags? Because Israel [11:30] represents their values. [11:33] To them, the same way the, you know, [11:35] they see it as the as the opposite of [11:38] the Hamas flag, the Palestinian flag [11:40] that gets brought to every left-wing [11:42] protest. [11:43] So, they say, "Hey, look, this is what [11:44] we stand for." [11:46] It's amazing. Amazing stuff going on [11:48] there. [11:50] You know, there So, Bolsonaro is not not [11:52] currently in the presidential palace, [11:54] but it's the largest opposition movement [11:56] in in the largest country in Latin [11:57] America. And if this wave keeps building [12:00] the way it has for the last 2 and 1/2 [12:01] years, Brazil is going to [12:04] follow these other Latin American [12:06] countries [12:07] and elect another pro-Israel [12:10] leader. So, here's what I want you to [12:11] take from all this. [12:13] This isn't 12 unconnected elections. [12:16] It's one story repeating itself country [12:19] after country after country. [12:21] When voters are forced to choose between [12:23] a Marxist-aligned left that makes [12:25] excuses for Islamic terror or openly [12:27] supports it, [12:28] and a nationalist right that says the [12:30] threat is real and Israel is on the [12:32] right side of it, and Israel is fighting [12:35] our enemies, [12:37] more and more of them all over this [12:39] hemisphere are choosing Israel. That's [12:42] the headline under the headline. So, [12:44] let's watch Brazil in October. We'll be [12:46] covering that as it approaches. [12:48] I think you're going to see the same [12:49] thing happen there. [12:50] Thanks for watching, and uh please make [12:52] sure to head over to Israel 365 News as [12:54] well. You got to check out all the [12:55] content we're putting out there. Very [12:57] important. But uh I think this is a very [12:59] exciting uh it's a very exciting [13:00] development in the pro-Israel community. [13:02] We're always bemoaning how the world [13:03] doesn't like doesn't like us. Watch [13:05] what's happening in South America, [13:07] folks. Very, very exciting developments [13:09] going on there. All right, we'll leave [13:11] it there. God bless.
