Transcript [00:00] Ladies and gentlemen, the Iranian regime [00:03] is collapsing. Oh, am I jumping the gun? [00:06] Am I being too optimistic? There are [00:09] signs in the last 48 hours that things [00:12] have really changed in this war. So, I [00:14] made a video the other day where I broke [00:17] down what the Iranians did by trying to [00:19] remine the Straits of Hormuz a couple [00:22] nights ago by launching rockets with [00:24] mines on them, inviting American kinetic [00:26] attacks and then they claimed that they [00:28] blew up a ship with a mine. I said that [00:31] that was a lie. It turned out Sentcom [00:33] put out an announcement yesterday saying [00:35] that it was a lie. So, I called that [00:37] one. Not saying that to pat myself on [00:38] the back. I'm pointing out that as I [00:41] said in that video, they are panicking. [00:44] What we're going to do in this video, we [00:46] are going to look at what is actually [00:47] happening on the ground in Iran. Uh [00:51] meaning uh what uh you know what does [00:55] you know what are the signs when I said [00:57] at the opening of this video, my opening [00:58] line that the regime is actually [01:01] collapsing, [01:03] what was I talking about? Okay. So, [01:05] we're going to take a look at that. [01:07] We're going to see everything that's [01:08] happening inside Iran, all the [01:09] indications that things have radically [01:11] changed in the last 48 hours. Let's get [01:14] us let's get started with uh Secretary [01:17] of the Treasury Scott Bessant and some [01:20] comments that he made to Rob Schmidt on [01:22] Newsmax just yesterday. [01:25] >> Rob, the the operation we we've just [01:28] started it. Uh I I can tell you that uh [01:32] teams from Treasury, from state, from [01:34] DO, they have spread out across the [01:37] world and we are telling the friends and [01:41] foes that this is the end of the regime. [01:44] >> This is the end of the regime. [01:46] >> We are going to sever all of their [01:48] economic ties with the outside world. [01:51] And whether that starts with the Gulf [01:54] neighbors, many of whom uh have uh trade [01:57] passages uh with them, whether it starts [02:00] with countries that are far away uh that [02:04] are leasing them aircrafts that we will [02:07] not stop. On Friday, uh we took a action [02:10] under the Patriot Act for the Dub Dubai [02:13] branches of the second largest Egyptian [02:15] bank. Those branches have been closed [02:18] down. Uh they had chneled more than 1.8 [02:20] 8 billion dollars to the regime over the [02:23] past uh three [02:25] >> over the past two years. No, it it's [02:28] astounding. [02:28] >> Yeah, [02:29] >> it's astounding. And we're we're going [02:30] to shut it down. We we are taking [02:33] actions every day. I would expect that [02:36] we will uh sanction another bank. And by [02:40] the way, Rob, when these banks are [02:42] sanctioned, they're out of business. [02:43] They are cut up cut off from the dollar [02:45] system. And uh we know who is helping [02:48] the Iranians. They know who they are and [02:51] it is going to stop. This is the This is [02:56] the final move for this regime after 47 [03:00] years. [03:01] >> I mean, you can't get much clearer than [03:04] that. Okay. And just to just in case [03:08] Scott Bessant wasn't clear enough, [03:10] President Trump late last night put out [03:13] this truth post. I'm not trying to force [03:15] Iran to the bargaining table. As fake [03:18] ABC as ABC fake news reported, I [03:20] couldn't care less if they sign a [03:22] worthless to them agreement. I like our [03:25] position now much better with almost [03:27] total control of the Hormu strait and [03:29] their economy totally collapsing. They [03:31] are just playing out the inevitable. [03:33] When are the Iranian people going to [03:35] rise up and fight President DJT? [03:38] But look at that opening line. I am not [03:40] trying to force the Iran Iran to the [03:44] bargaining table. Not trying to force [03:46] him to the bargaining table. What does [03:48] he mean by that? What he means is that [03:50] this isn't negotiation. [03:52] Let me explain what I mean. [03:55] You can be at war [03:57] and no bombs are flying or you can be in [04:01] a negotiation and bombs are flying. War [04:04] doesn't mean bombs. It depends what your [04:06] objective is. So since the ceasefire on [04:08] April 8th until very recently even the [04:12] kinetic actions that America was taking [04:14] were designed to bring Iran back to the [04:15] bargaining table [04:17] when you are but now even for the last [04:20] few weeks where there haven't been bombs [04:22] flying that was not an attempt to bring [04:24] Iran back to the negotiating table. [04:26] Trump had already said this but not [04:27] quite as explicitly as this. He had said [04:29] that no more negotiations. But now he's [04:31] saying this kinetic action that we're [04:33] taking right now is not like the kinetic [04:35] action that we took in in July or in [04:37] June during the course of the ceasefire [04:39] where it was tit for tat or was trying [04:41] to tamp things down or trying to [04:42] pressure Iran to make a deal. No, this [04:45] is not an attempt to make a deal. This [04:47] is not an attempt to bring them back to [04:48] the negotiating table. This is actually [04:50] war. This is an attempt. This we are now [04:52] going for victory. We're going to bring [04:54] down the regime. And he and he uh he [04:57] says, "When will the Iranian people come [04:59] out to fight?" Notice he doesn't call [05:01] them out to fight. He doesn't I mean to [05:03] protest. He doesn't call them out, but [05:05] he he he basically does. And when he [05:08] says, "When will they?" of course our [05:10] mind immediately goes to well are they [05:12] going to get slaughtered? What, you [05:14] know, what does it mean for them if they [05:15] come out? Is America going to provide [05:16] them air cover? And that brings us to [05:20] this clip. Uh, and this is uh the this [05:24] is the head of this is this guy AI I [05:27] think his name is pronounced. He is the [05:29] head of the Iranian judiciary and he's [05:31] one of their hammers. So this was a [05:32] statement he just made the other day and [05:34] draw Balazad who is the best sourced [05:38] Israeli reporter on Iran on channel 14 [05:41] brought this little clip and we'll get [05:42] more we'll get to more of Jer's [05:44] reporting later in this video but just [05:45] this short clip of the head of the [05:48] Iranian judiciary and I'll just do a [05:49] voice over of it as he's talking. Let me [05:52] just lower the volume on it and I'll [05:54] I'll say it to you in English what it [05:55] says in the subtitles. [05:59] If they will think if they will think to [06:01] come out and protest again and if they [06:04] will if they will again make the same [06:06] mistake and they will try to it to uh [06:10] inflame the streets of Iran, they should [06:13] be sure that they will receive [06:16] a response that is powerful and is [06:21] aggressive [06:24] and from the law enforcement. [06:31] the security services and the [06:32] intelligence and also from the judiciary [06:43] >> says the response to them meaning to the [06:45] people protesting will be very powerful. [06:48] It will be even more powerful more [06:50] severe than any of the previous attacks. [06:57] So look at that. That is so what he's [06:59] saying is that this is he's issuing this [07:01] warning to the people that if they come [07:02] out into the streets, the response will [07:05] be even more severe than it had been in [07:07] the past. And and now all the headlines [07:09] I'm going to show you now are literally [07:11] from the last two or three days. Okay? [07:14] So we're showing you what is the [07:15] situation right now in Thran. You have [07:17] the head of the judiciary putting out [07:20] this stern warning that if the people [07:21] come out into the streets, they're going [07:22] to be hit even harder than they were [07:24] before. And here, look at this. Iran [07:27] court sentences 10 protesters to death [07:30] in Isvahan. A revolutionary court in [07:33] Isvahan has sentenced 10 protesters to [07:35] death and six others to prison terms of [07:36] up to 25 years over the nationwide [07:38] demonstrations in the central Iranian [07:41] city. [07:42] Those sentenced to death are I I feel we [07:45] have to read their names. Tana Rahimi, [07:47] Navidivid El Yasi, Merdad Boeri, Abul [07:50] Fazil, Dad Gustar, Armen Golami, Medi [07:54] Manssuri, Ahmed Resa Sedi, Muhammad Medi [07:58] Assadi, Para Jafari, Medi Jafari, also [08:02] known as Medi Kosrai. And then Rohino [08:05] Rahimi and Milad Boeri were each [08:07] sentenced to 25 years in prison. [08:09] Muhammad Maralon received a 15-year [08:11] term. Satay Sedi, Saja Dabedi, and Ali [08:15] Bereri were each sentenced to five [08:17] years. In addition, all 16 defendants [08:20] were sentenced to five years for [08:22] assembly and collusion, five years for [08:24] incitement, and one year for propaganda [08:26] against the establishment, according to [08:27] the report. So, they're they are [08:31] carrying out death penalties for more [08:32] protesters, which which is not only to [08:34] punish those protesters, but also to [08:36] remind the Iranian people, to strike [08:38] terror into them, to scare them off of [08:40] coming out to protest. And then we have [08:42] this headline from today. Protester [08:45] blinded in one eye sentenced to death [08:47] after return to Iran. And this was not [08:49] and why did he return to Iran? It [08:50] doesn't say, but this is not just any [08:52] other protester. Check it out. An [08:54] Iranian court has sentenced Ali Zar Duz [08:57] Daresi, a protester shot by security [08:59] forces and blinded in one eye during the [09:01] 2022 protest, that's the previous round [09:04] of mass protests to death after he [09:08] returned from Germany and was arrested [09:10] upon arrival in Iran. US uh based human [09:14] rights outlet HRA reported branch 23 of [09:17] the Tehran Revolutionary Guard Corps [09:19] convicted Zari of corruption on Earth [09:23] based on alleged acts including [09:25] extensive political activity producing [09:27] false news propaganda against the [09:28] establishment disrupting security and [09:31] unauthorized entry into and exit from [09:34] the country. Zari lost sight in his [09:36] right eye after being shot during the [09:38] 2022 woman life freedom protests. He was [09:40] later detained in December 2023 while [09:43] visiting the graves of protesters killed [09:46] in the crackdown at Tehran's Bashesh [09:48] Azabra cemetery and spent 33 days in [09:52] solitary confinement in the Ain prison. [09:54] He subsequently left Iran and reached [09:56] Germany on a humanitarian visa. While in [09:59] Germany, Zar appeared on stage at a [10:02] February 14th rally in Munich held on [10:05] the sidelines of the Munich Security [10:06] Conference alongside exiled Prince Resa [10:09] Palvi who had called for the gathering. [10:12] Okay, so this guy is a serious activist, [10:15] which now the article does not say why [10:17] he returned to Iran, but you you got to [10:20] believe here's someone who risked his [10:21] life, who then visited the graves of [10:23] killed protesters. He lost sight of one [10:25] of his eyes in a protest. He then was [10:27] standing alongside uh exiled Crown [10:30] Prince Palavi. He was standing alongside [10:32] him at a rally against the regime. He's [10:34] he's meaning he's been at the forefront [10:36] of the anti-regime activism and he came [10:39] back to Iran. Maybe he came back to try [10:41] to lead the protests. Maybe he came back [10:43] to get involved in the toppling of the [10:45] regime. We don't know why he came back, [10:47] but obviously he chose to come back into [10:48] Iran. They grabbed him and they've [10:50] sentenced him to death as well. Another [10:52] high-profile death. Now before we go on [10:55] um I I cannot uh I I cannot stop [10:59] mentioning this. It's very important. No [11:01] family in Israel should face the fi the [11:04] high holidays hungry. There are many [11:06] families in Israel that unfortunately [11:08] struggle like in every society. There [11:10] are people who who struggle with means [11:12] and uh um and the high holidays are [11:14] coming. The holiday season, Rashashana, [11:16] Yamipur, Sukkot, the whole holiday [11:18] season is coming. It's a very expensive [11:20] season of the year and there's only so [11:22] much help that can come through [11:23] government agencies and such and Israel [11:26] 365 is stepping up. Israel 365 charity. Part of our rejoicing for [12:17] the festivals must be that we care for [12:19] those in need. Okay. Um, elsewhere in [12:23] Iran, this is a this is from yesterday. [12:26] Banners threaten Iranian women with [12:28] prison for defying hijab laws. They're [12:30] they're intensifying the crackdown here, [12:32] coinciding with reports of hijab [12:34] enforcement guards operating in the [12:36] Tehran Grand Bazaar and statements by [12:39] Islamic Republic officials regarding the [12:41] necessity of mandatory hijab. Images [12:44] have emerged showing banners installed [12:46] across various Iranian cities [12:48] threatening women with judicial [12:50] prosecution if they fail to comply with [12:53] the state with the statemandated dress [12:55] codes. Here's one of those banners. [12:57] These banners present the regime's [12:58] ideological definition of the veil, [13:00] bearing slogans such as hijab means [13:03] being a woman and a human, not a [13:05] commodity, and hijab means protecting [13:07] God's trust, and hijab means valuing [13:10] character rather than personhood. [13:12] Another section of the banner explicitly [13:14] cites the note to article 638 of the [13:18] Islamic penal code stating quote the [13:21] appearance of women in public thorough [13:23] affairs and views without religious [13:25] hijab is a crime punishable by [13:28] imprisonment. The appearance of these [13:30] banners comes amid growing indications [13:32] of intensified government pressure to [13:34] enforce compulsory veiling across [13:37] several cities. The prosecutor of Mashad [13:39] announced the establishment of [13:41] specialized court branches and promised [13:43] decisive action against those he termed [13:46] promoters of nudity and immodesty. [13:49] Concurrently, the prosecutor of Fars [13:51] province threatened judicial prosecution [13:53] and the sealing of venues hosting events [13:56] that violate dress codes. So, we see [13:59] them. So, what do we see together here? [14:01] There's the they're now um [14:05] they're sentencing more protesters to [14:06] death. [14:08] They're uh they're making a public [14:10] display of arresting and sentencing to [14:13] death prominent protesters. [14:15] We see we saw that clip of the head of [14:17] the judiciary threatening an even more [14:20] brutal response if there's more [14:22] protests. And here we have them cracking [14:24] down on the hijab laws. And on the work [14:27] front, Iranian workers face unpaid wages [14:30] and layoffs from Bandar Abbas to Shush. [14:32] This is also from yesterday. Recent [14:34] reports from several regions across Iran [14:36] indicate that workers are facing delayed [14:38] wages, mass layoffs, and severe job [14:42] insecurity alongside the compounding [14:44] economic crisis, war repercussions, and [14:46] skyrocketing living costs. This is also [14:47] from yesterday, by the way. These [14:48] headlines are all in the last couple [14:50] days. [14:51] So uh there it also talks about in this [14:55] article about how one of the problems [14:57] that they're facing with the jobs well [14:59] we'll see it more in this one is is [15:02] hiring practices where people who are [15:04] connected to the IRGC are getting hired [15:06] for jobs even being brought in from [15:08] outside. So really uh all the normal [15:11] Iranians who aren't connected to the [15:13] IRGC which is like 90% of the population [15:15] are being shut out of the workforce. [15:17] Jobs protest met with gunfire in [15:19] southwestern Iran. This is a different [15:20] story from this one. Just so you [15:22] understand, this Iranian workers unpaid [15:24] wages in the ports is different from [15:27] this. And this is also from yesterday. [15:29] Jobs protest met with gunfire in [15:32] southwestern Iran. Iranian security [15:33] forces on Monday used gunfire and [15:36] beatings to disperse two protests by [15:38] young job seekers in southwestern Iran [15:40] as anger over unemployment and alleged [15:43] discrimination in hiring spills into the [15:47] streets. Police opened fire Monday on [15:49] protesters in Gasharan who had gathered [15:52] over hiring practices at the Lishar [15:55] refinery project. According to rights [15:57] groups and footage from the scene, [16:00] protesters had gathered to denounce what [16:02] they described as unfair and [16:04] discriminatory recruitment practices at [16:07] the refinery at the refinery project, [16:09] including the influence of political [16:11] connections and demanded greater [16:13] transparency and priority for qualified [16:16] local workers. The confrontation came [16:18] alongside another jobs protest in Akvaz [16:20] where security forces used beatings and [16:22] gunfire to disperse young people [16:24] protesting hiring practices at the Dal [16:27] Kazi sugarce uh agro industry company [16:30] according to the Karun Human Rights [16:32] Organization. So we're seeing this this [16:35] this is popping up all over the country. [16:37] Again, these are separate headlines. The [16:39] unpaid wages and layoffs uh uh that [16:41] they're that they're complaining about. [16:43] And now we have protests in multiple [16:45] locations over employment. [16:48] And here this is a real tell that the [16:51] regime is is uh is really heading for [16:54] collapse from within. President's son [16:57] questions enrichment ignites fierce [16:59] debate in Thran. This is a very [17:01] interesting story. We have to really [17:03] read between the lines of what happened [17:04] here. This is from yesterday. [17:07] A dispute over Iran's nuclear enrichment [17:10] program has escalated into a broader [17:12] political fight after President Masud [17:14] Peshkan's son and advisor Ysef Pzeskan [17:18] defended remarks questioning whether [17:20] enrichment is worth its costs during [17:22] wartimes. You understand what happened [17:24] here? Someone made comments about how [17:26] maybe this nuclear enrichment isn't so [17:28] worth it and maybe we should just stop [17:29] with the whole thing so that we can [17:30] rebuild our country. And this [17:33] president's son and and adviser [17:37] said publicly that he agreed with that. [17:39] But that's not the whole story. Watch. [17:41] The controversy began with remarks by [17:43] Jafar Gaimana, executive deputy to [17:47] President Pzeshan, who argued that Iran [17:49] should consider the costs of pursuing [17:51] its nuclear program amid the threat of [17:53] further attacks on the country. Quote, [17:55] "Mis wisdom means achieving the [17:57] objective that you can achieve at the [17:59] lowest possible cost." In other words, [18:01] he was just saying, "I'm just asking [18:02] questions like maybe we should consider [18:04] the cost of pursuing this nuclear [18:06] program and maybe it's not worth it." [18:08] And for doing that, his comments drew [18:11] fierce criticism from conservatives, [18:13] meaning hardliners. Uh, but the dispute [18:16] intensified after Ysef Peskan entered [18:19] the debate in an Instagram story on [18:21] Saturday. Quote, "Enrichment is neither [18:23] a principle of religion nor our honor, [18:26] nor is our survival dependent on it." [18:28] meaning he backed up the the first guy [18:31] who also [18:41] we must do whatever is necessary to [18:43] secure our interests he wrote arguing [18:46] that Iran should pursue enrichment [18:48] missiles and drones only in so far as [18:51] they serve those interests. Now, if [18:54] you're if you're a hardliner, if you're [18:55] if you're a a real devoted 12ver Shiite [18:58] Mai Kmeniist and you and you believe [19:02] that the whole goal is to bring about, [19:04] you know, the apocalypse to bring the [19:06] Madi. [19:08] So, the primary interest of Iran is [19:11] getting a nuclear weapon so you can so [19:14] you can sow chaos and destruction around [19:15] the world so you can destroy Israel. [19:17] Death to America, death to Israel. So [19:19] when he says we should only pursue these [19:22] weapons if they serve our interests, [19:24] he's implying he's saying pretty [19:27] explicitly actually that we have other [19:29] interests that are more important [19:32] than the revolution, than the resistance [19:34] against America and Israel. That is what [19:38] infuriates the hardliners. But he did [19:41] not retreat from his central argument. [19:43] Our survival does not depend on [19:45] enrichment. We won't die if we don't [19:46] enrich uranium. The intervention [19:48] broughten the controversy with [19:50] hardliners directing their criticism not [19:53] only at Guy Pana, the first guy, but [19:56] also at the president and his [19:57] administration. Some even called for the [20:00] president to be removed from office. The [20:02] hardline Cayan newspaper, they're very [20:04] hardline. It's, you know, pure IRGC. [20:07] They described the positions of Gimpana [20:10] and Ysef Peshkan as subversive for say [20:13] for questioning whether or not Iran [20:16] should be enriching uranium [20:19] and they and they called that subversive [20:21] call they say that his that the remarks [20:23] smell of outright surrender. [20:26] Cayenne accused them of being part of a [20:28] capitulationist current and warned that [20:30] the same logic could eventually be used [20:32] to justify abandoning Iran's drone [20:34] industry and defensive capabilities and [20:36] regional influence. [20:38] Oh my gosh. Are you suggesting that we [20:40] don't fund and kamas and the Houthis [20:43] heresy. The conservative Corusan [20:46] newspaper argued that Iran's enrichment [20:48] program could not be assessed solely [20:50] through an economic costbenefit [20:51] calculation. And then they go on to [20:53] argue that it has strategic value and in [20:55] deterrence against the enemies. Of [20:57] course, the enemies of Iran are only [20:59] their enemies because Iran is is an [21:01] nefarious actor. Messiam Zuharan, a [21:04] hardline lawmaker, said the more [21:06] important issue was not that Guy Pana [21:09] had made the remarks, but that the [21:11] presidential administration's public [21:13] relations office had republished them. [21:17] Ah, that's the real story here. the [21:20] buried lead in this article all the way [21:22] down near the end. This means that at [21:24] least the current within the government [21:26] has at least a current within the [21:28] government has decided to openly stand [21:30] against the leader position he wrote. In [21:32] other words, the real story here is the [21:34] willingness by the president poses and [21:37] the people in his office, his son and [21:39] one of his top adviserss who is his u [21:43] his executive deputy [21:46] willing to to publicly say [21:50] basically the Supreme Leader is wrong to [21:53] publicly say that we don't need this [21:56] this nuclear program to publicly go [21:58] against the regime. The fact that [22:00] they're willing to do that [22:03] tells you that [22:06] that internally there's collapse going [22:09] on. So, let's put the whole story [22:10] together and wrap up this video. Trump [22:12] and Bessant are being very open right [22:14] now that the goal is to topple the [22:16] regime to bring it down. The regime is [22:18] panicking. How do we see that? They're [22:21] issuing these stern warnings to [22:23] protesters saying it's going to be even [22:24] worse. They're hanging more of them. [22:27] They're meaning they're they're carrying [22:28] out more death penalties. They're [22:30] cracking down. They're cracking down on [22:32] hijabs. They are in an absolute panic. [22:35] At the same time, we see that the unrest [22:38] at the level of the people over the over [22:40] the economy, over the job situation is [22:43] spreading like wildfire around the [22:44] country. And and then we have this this [22:49] dissent at the top within people at the [22:51] top of the regime. Those internal [22:54] disputes that we've been hearing little [22:56] whispers and reports about are now [22:59] starting to get out more and more and [23:02] more. That's where things are, ladies [23:04] and gentlemen. The regime is on the [23:06] verge of collapse. There's no other way [23:08] to say it. We don't know exactly when [23:10] it's going to come. This is the way it [23:12] goes. I've said it over and over again. [23:14] When regimes collapse, it always takes [23:15] us by surprise. No matter what was [23:17] happening beforehand. This is true of [23:18] the Assad regime. It's true of the [23:19] Soviet Union. True of Libya. It doesn't [23:21] matter where. up until the day it [23:23] happens, no one ever saw it coming then. [23:27] Okay, it's always a surprise. So, we [23:29] don't know when this is coming. What I [23:31] can say definitively is that over the [23:34] last week or two, there has been a real [23:36] change. And now we're starting to see [23:38] that change. We're seeing the panic by [23:40] the regime. Like I said in the previous [23:41] video, what I opened with with in this [23:43] video, the way that they responded uh uh [23:47] to the Americans stopping them from [23:49] laying mines, claiming that there are [23:51] still minds, they're in a state of [23:53] absolute desperation. And I believe that [23:56] things are moving quickly and we'll [23:58] continue to move quickly and of course [24:00] we'll be watching this and and bringing [24:02] it to you as it comes. Make sure to uh [24:05] to click the link for the charity [24:06] campaign for the for the high holidays. [24:08] Rashashana is really uh not so far away. [24:10] It's only a little more than a week away [24:12] and we really want to help as many [24:13] families as we can. So, please get on [24:15] board with that. Please drop a comment. [24:17] Let me know what you thought of this [24:18] video and please share. Please tell [24:20] other people about what we're doing on [24:22] this channel.
