Transcript [00:00] Hey everyone. [00:01] Something happened today that I need to [00:02] walk you through carefully because I [00:04] think it's one of the most revealing [00:06] moments of this entire war and [00:08] not in terms of what happened on the [00:10] ground in Gaza, but in terms of what is [00:12] happening to truth, to international [00:16] institutions, and to basic moral [00:19] reasoning [00:20] in the Western world. [00:22] The United Nations just added Israel to [00:25] which official blacklist of countries [00:29] and armed groups. [00:32] Countries and armed groups that commit [00:34] sexual violence in conflict zones. Let [00:37] me say that again. Israel was just added [00:40] to a list alongside Hamas, ISIS, and [00:43] other terrorist organizations. Let me [00:45] This is the headline. Take a look at the [00:46] headline. UN adds [00:49] Israel [00:52] Israeli entities. UN adds Israeli [00:54] entities to blacklist of countries that [00:56] commit sexual violence. [01:00] Now, before I get into why this is so [01:01] completely breathtakingly [01:04] wrong and absurd, I want to take you on [01:05] a little journey because this story [01:07] didn't start today. There's a [01:10] There's a long, bizarre, and [01:13] very revealing history be on you know, [01:15] behind this decision by the UN. And once [01:19] you see the whole picture, you'll [01:20] understand what's really going on. So, [01:23] let's start with the most basic facts [01:25] that were just announced. [01:26] So, according to the Jerusalem Post, the [01:28] UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres [01:32] has added Israeli entities, specifically [01:34] the Israeli prison service, along with [01:37] other Israeli authorities placed on a [01:40] monitoring framework [01:43] to the same list that includes Hamas, [01:45] ISIS, and other designated terror [01:48] organizations. Right, a country or armed [01:49] group that gets added to this list stays [01:53] on the list for a minimum of 1 year. And [01:56] here's what makes this especially [02:00] remarkable. [02:01] Hamas was only added to this list in [02:04] August 2025. [02:06] Okay, that's almost 2 years after [02:09] October 7th. 2 years after we all [02:12] watched Hamas terrorists who raped, [02:15] mutilated, and murdered Israeli [02:17] civilians in real time, filming it [02:19] themselves on their GoPros, [02:22] putting it out there. And the UN [02:23] finally, reluctantly, almost 2 years [02:25] after October 7th, put them on the list. [02:29] And then, [02:30] almost immediately, according to Israeli [02:32] officials, heavy pressure was then [02:34] exerted on the Secretary-General to add [02:37] Israel as well. If you're going to add [02:38] Hamas, you got to add Israel. [02:41] Israel was put on notice in August 2025, [02:45] the same month that Hamas was added. So, [02:47] how did Israel respond to being put on [02:48] notice? [02:49] Israel cooperated. Israel provided [02:52] documents, data, [02:55] detailed rebuttals to every claim. [02:58] Israel even invited the UN personnel who [03:01] were conducting these investigations to [03:04] come visit, to examine the evidence [03:06] firsthand. But the UN declined. [03:12] Israeli Ambassador to the UN, Danny [03:14] Danon, is quoted in this piece, [03:17] and he really sums it up. Let's read [03:18] this section here. [03:21] Israel has reactively announced the [03:23] freezing of relations with the UN [03:25] Secretary-General's office and the [03:27] cancellation of Pramila Patten's planned [03:29] visit to Israel. Israel made it clear [03:32] that it would not maintain contact with [03:33] the UN Secretary-General's office as [03:35] long as Guterres heads the organization. [03:37] Quote, "The UN Secretary-General has put [03:40] Israel on the same blacklist as Hamas, [03:43] ISIS, and the most depraved terrorist [03:45] organizations in the world," Israeli [03:47] Ambassador to the UN, Danny Danon, told [03:50] the Post. [03:51] "This is a moral [03:53] and a complete collapse of any [03:54] credibility left to the UN. Danon [03:56] explained that Israel cooperated with [03:58] the UN, provided information, and acted [04:00] with full transparency. [04:02] He said the UN Secretary General chose [04:04] to ignore the facts and continue the [04:07] campaign of incitement and lies against [04:09] Israel. [04:10] Quote, anyone who was able to include [04:12] Israel on the same list as Hamas [04:14] terrorists and rapists has no sense of [04:18] morality. [04:19] He continued. [04:21] Antonio Guterres, who justified the [04:23] October 7th massacre, whitewashed the [04:24] involvement of UNRWA employees in the [04:26] massacre, and led the organization to an [04:29] unprecedented low, is using the last [04:32] months of his term to advance political [04:34] and false [04:35] accusations against [04:39] Israel. [04:42] Okay. [04:43] Israel has now announced, as I said, [04:45] that it's freezing relations with his [04:47] office. Right, they canceled the visit [04:50] of Pramila Patten. [04:53] That's the UN special representative on [04:55] sexual violence. They canceled her visit [04:57] to Israel. [05:00] Now, let's talk about how we got to this [05:01] moment. [05:04] Let me be very clear about what the [05:05] international community's own [05:07] investigations, not Israeli [05:09] investigations, not pro-Israel sources, [05:11] but the UN's own special representative [05:14] on sexual violence [05:17] knows and has confirmed about Hamas. [05:19] After a formal mission to Israel, [05:22] Pramila Patten, the same woman whose [05:23] visit Israel just canceled, [05:26] after a visit that she made to Israel, [05:27] she concluded that were there were [05:30] reasonable grounds to believe that [05:31] sexual violence, including rape and gang [05:34] rape, [05:35] was committed by Hamas on October 7th in [05:37] multiple locations at the Nova music [05:39] festival, on road 232, at the Nahal Oz [05:43] military base, and at multiple [05:45] kibbutzim, including Re'im, Nir Oz, and [05:48] Kfar Aza. The UN's own commission of [05:51] inquiry received what they described as [05:53] credible information that hostages [05:57] were subjected to sexual and [05:59] gender-based violence, including [06:01] sexualized torture while in captivity in [06:04] Gaza. I made a video [06:07] uh recently when this big report came [06:09] out about this. I made a video for the [06:11] Israel 365 news site. [06:13] Uh it's up there. You should definitely [06:15] go watch it if you have not seen it yet. [06:17] It's a must-watch video. You'll find it [06:20] sometime over the last couple weeks all [06:22] about the sexual crimes of October 7th. [06:26] Viewer discretion advised. It's a it's a [06:28] tough watch. [06:29] The ICC prosecutor [06:32] the International Criminal Court [06:33] prosecutor submitted arrest warrant [06:36] applications for Hamas commanders citing [06:39] reasonable grounds for rape and other [06:41] forms of sexual violence as war crimes [06:43] and crimes against humanity. A 2-year [06:46] independent investigation [06:48] by the Civil Commission on October 7th [06:50] Crimes Against Women, based on more than [06:52] 10,000 photographs and videos, 1,800 [06:56] hours of visual analysis, [06:59] and over 430 testimonies [07:01] concluded that Hamas used sexual [07:04] violence in a systematic, widespread, [07:06] and tactical way as a deliberate weapon [07:09] of war. That's I I detail a lot of this [07:11] stuff. I go through it [07:13] in that video that's on the Israel 365 [07:16] news YouTube channel. [07:18] The US State Department documented rape [07:20] and gang rape in private homes, at the [07:23] music festival, on the side of the road, [07:25] and at the military base. So, they did [07:27] their own investigation. 13 women and [07:29] two men who survived Hamas captivity [07:32] told researchers they experienced or [07:34] witnessed sexual violence while being [07:36] held in Gaza. [07:40] And as I mentioned, this new report came [07:42] out two weeks ago, the Civil Commission. [07:45] Over 10 survivors gave first-hand [07:48] testimony of the extreme sexual violence [07:50] in that report. The lead author, [07:53] Dr. Cochav [07:55] Elkayam Levy, an Israel Prize laureate [07:58] in international law, said on CNN, "The [08:02] most important finding is that the [08:03] sexual violence on October 7th and [08:06] against hostages was a calculated [08:08] strategy by Hamas." Now, the UN, I I [08:11] read this all [08:12] as a way of saying that the UN [08:15] knows about all of this. [08:19] I And this is the the reporting from May [08:21] 12th in CNN, "New report details [08:23] systematic rape and sexual violence [08:26] during Hamas October 7th attack on [08:29] Israel." [08:31] Now, let me tell you what else has been [08:33] documented, not by Israeli sources, but [08:35] by the Associated Press, the Daily Mail, [08:38] the UN's own Population Fund about what [08:41] is happening [08:43] in Gaza. [08:46] Check this out. [08:49] Right now, under Hamas rule, Hamas [08:52] fighters have been systematically [08:54] exploiting widows and displaced women, [08:58] coercing them into sexual acts in [09:00] exchange for food, money, or protection. [09:04] So, you have all these Hamas fighters, [09:06] tens of thousands of them, who've been [09:07] killed by the Israelis. [09:09] They left behind their widows. [09:11] And these widows now need food and other [09:14] supplies, and they are being coerced [09:16] into sexual acts. This is not a rumor. [09:19] This is documented by multiple [09:21] sources. Tech- Check out these [09:23] headlines. This is the Daily Mail, not a [09:25] Jewish source at all. Hamas uses rape as [09:27] a tactic. Gaza families say their [09:29] children have been raped by [09:30] Hamas-affiliated clerics, with the [09:33] parents then intimidated into silence. [09:35] Or look at this one. [09:37] Gazan women break silence. [09:39] Women living under Hamas rule in Gaza [09:41] describe to the mail how they are [09:42] sexually abused by the terror group's [09:44] fighters and forced to have sex in [09:47] return for food aid. [09:50] This is from a month ago. [09:53] See what's going on? [09:54] The Associated Press spoke to six women, [09:57] all on condition of anonymity, who [09:59] described being solicited or coerced. A [10:01] 38-year-old mother of six [10:04] sought aid for her children and was told [10:06] a man could help with food, assistance, [10:09] and a job. And you could guess what he [10:11] actually wanted in return. [10:13] The Daily Mail, working with the Arabic [10:15] media platform Jusoor News, obtained [10:18] testimonies from Gazan residents [10:20] describing what they called a recurring [10:22] pattern. [10:24] And there's this testimony here from one [10:26] particular woman that I want to show [10:28] you. [10:30] It's right here. [10:35] Another woman said, "A guy will say, [10:36] 'Come, we have a relief package for [10:38] you.' He represents an Islamic [10:39] organization, a movement whose name I [10:41] won't mention, but it's a political [10:43] organization. If you come with me and do [10:45] so and so, I'll give you so and so." And [10:48] the women who have no life experience [10:49] end up getting exploited. She continued, [10:52] "This shouldn't be happening at all. It [10:53] just shouldn't. One charity in Gaza is [10:55] unfortunately the biggest perpetrator. [10:58] From its chairman all the way down to [11:00] its doorman, it's being done by all [11:03] their employees and members as though [11:05] it's an organization set up for sexual [11:07] harassment, psychological abuse, and [11:10] harassing young women." [11:14] And here's perhaps the most damning [11:15] testimony of all. There was a man who [11:18] identified himself as a member of the [11:20] Al-Qassam Brigades. That's Hamas's [11:22] military wing. So, this guy's a [11:23] terrorist. He's in Hamas. [11:25] And [11:26] and this testimony was confirmed to the [11:28] Daily Mail [11:30] that Qassam members [11:32] Qassam Brigade members were exploiting [11:34] martyrs' widows, meaning the widows of [11:37] dead Hamas fighters. [11:38] And he said when he reported it to the [11:40] leadership, he was told to stay quiet. [11:43] This is Hamas's own people exploding [11:46] exploiting the widows of their friends [11:49] who were killed [11:51] and the leadership's covering it up. [11:53] And the UN then puts Israel on a list of [11:55] perpetrators of sexual crimes. [11:57] Meanwhile, the UN's own population fund [12:01] has documented a surge in child [12:03] marriages in Gaza, at least 400 girls [12:06] between the ages of 14 and 16 becoming [12:09] wives in 2020 in 2025 alone. [12:12] Driven by the collapse of civilian [12:14] institutions under Hamas rule and again, [12:16] exploitation of these young women, they [12:18] need they need a a roof over their [12:20] heads, they need sustenance, and these [12:22] Hamas guys are taking advantage of them, [12:25] forcing them into young marriages in [12:27] order to feed themselves. This is all [12:29] documented. [12:31] This is the organization Hamas that the [12:33] UN finally reluctantly placed on its [12:36] sexual violence list in in August 2025 [12:39] and Israel was added the same month or [12:43] it was put on notice the same month [12:45] because of course, you have to have [12:46] balance. [12:48] Balance. Now, I want to take a step back [12:51] because the UN decision that we're [12:53] seeing in the headline today doesn't [12:55] exist in a vacuum. [12:57] The history there's a history here [13:00] that's so strange [13:02] and revealing [13:05] that you need to hear it. So, let's go [13:06] back to 2007, [13:08] almost 20 years ago. [13:11] And look at this headline here. There [13:12] was a doctoral candidate at Hebrew [13:14] University [13:16] who a a really hard left [13:19] and you know, Hebrew University has some [13:21] very hard left anti-Israel scholars [13:24] there. So, you You be surprised to hear [13:26] that cuz it's in [13:28] but just like, you know, we have the [13:29] Haaretz paper, which is very prominent, [13:30] which the anti-Israel people love [13:32] because they just bash Israel all the [13:34] time. So, there was a doctoral candidate [13:36] at Hebrew University [13:37] in Jerusalem named Tal Nitzan, and he [13:39] wrote a paper that won a prize [13:42] from a faculty committee. [13:44] The subject of the paper was why IDF [13:47] soldiers don't rape [13:50] Palestinian women. [13:54] Got that? [13:56] He's trying to figure out why don't IDF [13:58] soldiers rape Palestinian women. [14:06] Excuse me. [14:06] >> [clears throat] [14:09] >> And it was a prize-winning paper. Look [14:11] at that. Why don't they rape them? So, [14:13] what did he write? What did he write [14:14] about it? [14:19] What was his conclusion? [14:20] That the IDF doesn't rape Palestinian [14:23] women because Israeli soldiers are [14:25] racists. [14:26] And they consider Palestinian women [14:28] beneath them. So, not raping them [14:32] is evidence that they're racists. You [14:34] got that? [14:35] This paper was published by Hebrew [14:37] Hebrew University's Shane Center, and it [14:40] received a prize. [14:42] The editor of Makor Rishon, an Israeli [14:44] paper, wrote at the time, and I think [14:46] this is worth quoting directly, quote, [14:48] "An army is found blameworthy of rape [14:52] and is also blameworthy of not raping." [14:55] Right? You can't win. If your soldiers [14:57] rape, you're a war criminal, and if your [14:58] soldiers don't rape, you're a racist. [15:02] Get the logic here? [15:04] It's like [15:06] you're guilty no matter what. It gets [15:08] even more specific here. There's a Here, [15:09] look at this. There's an Israeli [15:11] soldier. [15:13] He's become a bit of a social media [15:14] influencer and a and a public [15:16] intellectual. His name is Hen Mazzig. [15:18] And [15:19] he [15:21] This is a This is a piece done a long [15:22] time ago. This is a piece from 2013. [15:25] Ex-Israeli soldier denounced on US [15:27] campus for not raping Palestinian women. [15:29] Now, what is this about? [15:32] So, [15:33] what this piece describes now that he [15:35] had served in the COGAT unit in the IDF, [15:38] which is a unit [15:40] that works to assist Palestinian [15:41] civilians. And he went on a speaking [15:43] tour of American campuses, American [15:45] university campuses in 2013. [15:48] And he told his story [15:50] it when he gave speeches, he talked [15:51] about his whole story and how he wants [15:53] peace. He was a peace activist. And he [15:54] talked about wanting peace. And at one [15:57] event, here, let me just read it to you [15:58] from the piece. It's from the coverage [16:00] of this. Check this out. At a BDS event [16:02] in Portland, a professor from Seattle [16:04] University told the assembled crowd that [16:06] the Jews of Israel have no national [16:08] right rights and should be forced out of [16:10] the country. When I asked, "Where do you [16:12] want them to go?" she calmly answered, [16:13] "I don't care. I don't care if they [16:15] don't have any place any place to go. [16:17] They should not be here." [16:19] When I responded that she was calling [16:20] for ethnic cleansing, both she and her [16:22] supporters denied it. [16:24] And during a presentation in Seattle, I [16:26] spoke about my longing for peace between [16:28] Israel and the Palestinians. [16:30] When I was done, a woman in her 60s [16:32] stood up and yelled at me, [16:35] "You are worse than the Nazis. You're [16:37] just like the Nazi youth." [16:40] A number of times I was repeatedly [16:41] accused of being a killer, though I have [16:43] never hurt anyone in my life. On other [16:45] accusations, anti-Israel activists [16:47] called me a rapist. [16:49] I'm sorry. On other occasions, [16:50] anti-Israel activists called me a [16:52] rapist. The claims go beyond being [16:54] absurd. In one case, a professor asked [16:57] me if I knew how many Palestinians have [16:59] been raped by IDF forces. [17:01] I answered that as far as I know, none. [17:05] She triumphantly responded that I was [17:07] right because, she said, "You IDF [17:09] soldiers don't rape Palestinians because [17:12] Israelis are so racist and disgusted by [17:15] them that you won't touch them. [17:19] This woman was [17:21] I I mean think about what this was. [17:25] Think about what this was. [17:27] This woman [17:29] was attacking him [17:33] and it was a professor. [17:36] It was a professor [17:38] at a university in Seattle. [17:41] A professor. [17:42] This is the intellectual environment [17:44] that produced today's UN decision. [17:47] An environment where the absence of [17:49] evidence of Israeli rape crimes is [17:51] itself treated as evidence of Israeli [17:53] crimes of being a racist. [17:56] An environment where Israel is by [17:57] definition guilty and the only question [17:59] is which thing you're guilty of. You're [18:01] either a rapist or if you don't rape [18:03] you're a racist. [18:06] Which brings us back to the recent chain [18:08] of events. Two weeks ago, just before [18:10] today's UN decision, the New York Times [18:13] published an op-ed by Nicholas Kristof [18:15] claiming [18:17] a widespread pattern of sexual violence [18:19] by Israeli soldiers, [18:21] by settlers, by Shin Bet interrogators [18:24] and prison guards against Palestinians. [18:25] Now here's what's important. Even [18:27] Kristof himself admitted in the piece [18:29] that quote there is no evidence [18:32] that Israeli leaders ordered any of [18:34] this. No orders, no policy, no chain of [18:37] command. [18:41] So what's the slide of hand here? What [18:42] are they doing? What's Kristof doing? [18:44] You take the individual allegation by [18:46] someone that he interviewed, you frame [18:48] it as a pattern, [18:50] and then you let the headline do the [18:51] rest of the work. The New York Times ran [18:53] a major accusation [18:56] of a systematic [18:58] pattern of sexual violence. [19:02] This accusation against Israel, while [19:03] acknowledging in the piece that there [19:05] was no evidence of the of the orders of [19:07] any systematic plan. [19:12] And now the UN used that New York Times [19:14] piece as part of the evidence [19:16] for the blacklisting that have that we [19:18] saw today. [19:20] Now, let me tell you what I think the [19:21] UN's decision is really about. [19:25] It's not about evidence of anything cuz [19:27] Israel, as I said, cooperated. They gave [19:29] extensive evidence. Anyone [19:31] It's so It's crazy. If you If you know [19:33] Israel at all, if you ever had friends [19:36] or family members who've served in the [19:37] IDF, or if you've served served in the [19:39] IDF, you know how tight are and and and [19:42] the discipline and [19:43] It's just so ridiculous. [19:48] Hamas was placed on this list 2 years [19:51] after the most documented act of mass [19:54] sexual violence in recent memory. [19:59] And even then, the UN had to be [20:01] pressured to put Hamas on this list. [20:04] And now today, they make this decision, [20:06] or yesterday, whenever this decision [20:07] was. The headlines from today. [20:09] They make this decision [20:11] it [20:12] that [20:14] defines the international community's [20:16] relationship with Israel, right? This [20:18] And the problem here is false [20:20] equivalence. [20:22] Here's the logic of it. We can't say [20:24] that one side is unambiguously guilty [20:27] without offering something to the other [20:29] side, right? So, if we acknowledge that [20:32] Hamas systematically raped and murdered [20:34] and kidnapped women, [20:36] and that Israel doesn't do those things, [20:39] if we say that, right? If we say that [20:41] clearly, and we don't qualify it, then [20:43] it looks like we're taking sides. How [20:45] can you say that Hamas rapes and [20:46] pillages and plunders and and and and [20:49] and murders people is murders civilians, [20:51] and then you don't blame anything on [20:53] Israel, then then it's imbalanced. [20:57] The We can't take sides, so we have to [21:00] find some equivalents. We have to [21:01] manufacture it. [21:03] So, a list that includes Hamas has to [21:05] also include Israel. A conversation [21:07] about Hamas's documented atrocities has [21:10] to be balanced by unverified or [21:13] uncontextualized claims about Israel's [21:15] atrocities. [21:18] You follow? [21:19] This is the problem with balance. [21:21] Everyone says, "Oh, we have to have [21:22] balance in our reporting." Yeah, look, [21:24] let's say I claim you owe me 100 bucks [21:26] and you claim that I that I that you [21:28] don't owe me 100 bucks and one of us is [21:30] lying. [21:32] So, if you report the story that just [21:34] says, "Well, he says he owes 100 bucks [21:35] and he says he doesn't." There we have [21:36] balance. What's the problem? [21:38] One of us is lying and one of us is [21:40] telling the truth. The whole [snorts] [21:41] concept of balance in these things ends [21:43] up becoming a disease. [21:46] António Guterres's term ends on December [21:49] 31st of this year. [21:51] Israeli officials told the Jerusalem [21:53] Post that they see this as his last [21:55] hurrah, a final act of hostility toward [21:57] Israel before he leaves office. This is [21:59] a guy who was close friends with Yasser [22:00] Arafat before he was cleansed and turned [22:04] into the head of the Palestinian [22:05] Authority. When he was still a an [22:07] international terrorist pariah. [22:10] But the damage is not just about [22:11] Israel's reputation. The damage is [22:13] really to the credibility of the [22:15] institution of the UN. When the UN [22:18] places Israel [22:20] on the same blacklist as Hamas, ISIS, [22:22] and the world's most depraved terror [22:24] organizations, [22:26] not based on any evidence, [22:30] but based on political pressure [22:33] and the demand for equivalence and [22:35] balance, [22:38] that tells us that the UN is not an [22:40] arbiter of truth in any way. [22:46] And Israel will always lose [22:50] in this environment. [22:52] Not because of what Israel does, but [22:54] because of what Israel is. [22:57] That's what it's all about, folks. [22:59] Please share this video. [23:01] Uh people need to understand what [23:03] happened here and they need to [23:04] understand the full context because a [23:06] crazy decision like this by the UN [23:09] does not come out of nowhere. It comes [23:11] out of a lot of [23:16] a lot of, the, you know, layers and [23:18] layers of bias and stories and and and [23:21] allegations. And then that turns into [23:24] what feels like evidence to people. [23:26] Well, there's been all these reports, [23:27] you know, the reports of this and [23:28] reports of that and reports of this and [23:29] even all the reports are lies. It gives [23:32] people a sense that there's something [23:33] there. Oh, well, there's smoke, there [23:34] must be fire, right? [23:38] That's what we're seeing here. [23:40] All right, thanks for watching. [23:41] God bless.
